摘要：短肢剪力墙是近期建筑设计的趋势，是建筑施工中经常出现的建筑结构，成为改善居住空间环境，实现建筑功能化和差异化的手段。本文从短肢剪力墙设计和施工的经验入手，在界定了短肢剪力墙概念的基础上，说明了短肢剪力墙设计的要点，希望对建筑设计和施工工作有所帮助，促进建筑物的功能化和差异化的实现。

Abstract: short shear wall is the recent trend of architectural design, construction is often appears in architecture, for improving living space environment and realizing function and the means of building differentiation. This article from the short shear wall design and construction experience of the defining short-shear walls on the basis of the concept of, that the short shear wall design, the main points of design and construction of buildings to work help, and promote the building of the realization of the function and differentiation.

前言

随着社会的进步和人们需求的差异化发展，人们对建筑物的功能、结构和空间提出了更多的要求。这样的要求使得建筑业在设计和施工的过程中不断追求新元素，体现建筑的功能、结构和空间。进入新世纪，短肢剪力墙成为建筑设计和施工中一项不可忽视的结构，对改变建筑物环境、完善建筑空间、降低建筑成本和减轻建筑物重量有重要的作用。作为建筑业的设计者和施工者应明细短肢剪力墙的基本概念，明确短肢剪力墙设计的要素，通过不断地创新和研究，探索出一条可以有效提高短肢剪力墙设计水平和施工质量的道路，为实现建筑物的功能化和差异化，为促进建筑企业的发展，为提高建筑业的水平，做出操作层面上的努力和探索。

1短肢剪力墙结构的概述

1.1短肢剪力墙结构的定义

本文结合设计和施工规范，在基层的实践经验基础上，提出短肢剪力墙结构的定义为：剪力墙墙肢截面高度与厚度之比为5～8，剪力墙承受的第一振型底部地震倾覆力矩大于于结构总底部地震倾覆力矩的50%，这样的剪力墙结构，我们称谓，短肢剪力墙。……
