摘要： 近年来，大网格大型螺栓球节点钢网架在国内外大型场馆中由于其结构网架空间大、安装偏差小、节约材料、施工速度快等优点而得到推广和应用。本工程施工采用高空散装法和地面滑移法从平台搭设、弦球就位、单元体拼装与安装、杆件安装、网格安装、检验以及支座安装焊接、孔隙密封、空荷载挠度测定等，对各施工过程的进行控制与管理， 使体育馆工程的施工质量得到保证， 宽敞、整齐、美观的效果得到很好的展示。

引言

近年来，随着我国建筑业的发展，钢结构建筑越来越高、规模和跨度越来越大、造型也越来越复杂，普通的钢筋混凝土结构已经不能满足建筑造型的需要，出现了大跨度和造型新颖的钢结构工程，这些异形钢结构给建筑施工带来了很大困难，迫使建筑施工企业在施工管理及施工技术上要有不断的突破和创新，才能满足钢结构施工的需要。本文主要介绍两种在工期短、造价低、施工场地狭小和安装困难条件下的大型体育场馆工程的大跨度网架(壳)钢结构施工技术。

1.主要工序施工措施

1.1 施工工艺流程

平台搭设及调整→构件清点→下弦球就位→下弦杆件安装→小单元体拼装→小单元体安装→上弦杆和腹杆安装→18×18m 格安装后检验→18×90m区安装后检验→天窗安装→支座焊接、支座檩条安装→密封多余工艺孔和残留间隙→补涂防腐油漆→滑移平台至下一安装区→空荷载挠度测定。……
