摘要：建筑工程施工技术管理贯穿于整个建筑工程实施的过程, 在工程项目实施中呈现极其重要的地位, 我们要努力做好工程施工技术管理工作, 本文介绍了建筑工程施工技术管理的意义，强调要控制好建筑工程质量，就必须从技术管理抓起。因此，本文对建筑工程项目加强施工技术管理进行浅析。

引言

质量是建筑工程的核心，没有质量的工程是失败的。建筑工程施工技术管理, 是以系统论观点、科学方法,对施工技术构成要素和活动, 进行计划与决策、组织与指挥、控制与调节。

1.建筑工程施工技术管理的意义

建筑工程施工技术管理工作的主要意义，是运用管理的职能与科学的方法，去促进技术工作的开展，在施工中严格按照国家的技术政策、法规和上级主管部门有关技术工作的指标与决定，科学地组织各项技术工作，建立良好的技术秩序保证整个生产过程符合技术规范、规程。符合技术规律的要求，以达到高质量地全面完成施工任务的目的。从而使技术与经济、质量与进度、生产与技术达到辩证的统一，具体表现在：

1.1技术管理工作的好坏，很大程度上决定了企业的经营效益、企业信誉乃至企业存亡的问题。今天的建筑工程施工必须具备一定的技术条件和技术装备，而这些技术条件和技术装备需要企业的技术力量、技术管理水平支撑和实施。……
