摘要：新课程标准要求把学生培养成具有初步创新精神,实践能力、科学和人文素养以及环境意识,具有适应终身学习的基础知识,基本技能和方法的一代新人。而数学教师是数学学科新课程最直接最关键的实施者、开发者、使用者之一,其自身的创新精神、实践能力、科学与人文素养以及人格魅力会对数学学科新课程教学效益产生正相关的效果。因此数学教师除了深入领会新课程理念之外,还应树立科学的数学观,理清数学与数学教学之间的关系。

Abstract: new curriculum standards to training students to be a preliminary innovation spirit and practice ability, scientific and humanistic quality and environmental consciousness, have to adapt to the basic knowledge of lifelong learning, basic skills and methods of a new generation. While the math teacher is the most direct new subject of mathematics curriculum the most key executor, developer, one of the users, its own innovation spirit and practice ability, scientific and humanistic quality and personality charm to new course teaching mathematical subject generate positive effect of related benefits. So mathematics teacher in addition to better understand the new curriculum concept besides, still should build up the scientific view of mathematics, a mathematics and the relationship between the mathematics teaching.

一、在数学教学中培养学生学习数学的兴趣教育学家乌申斯基说:“没有丝毫兴趣的强制学习将会扼杀学生探求真理的欲望”。创设丰富的教学情境,激发学生的学习动机,培养学生的学习兴趣,调动学生学习的积极性,是目前我国新课程改革的要求。如何创境激情,是在新的形势下,教师必须具备的基本功。教师要善于将所要解决的课题寓于学生实际掌握的知识基础之中,造成心理上的悬念,把问题作为教学过程的出发点,以问题情境激发学生的积极性,让学生在迫切要求下学习。    新教材章节的安排呈专题的形式，并增加了许多活动课内容，十分有利于激发学生的学习热情，也有利于开发学生的创造思维能力。在教学过程中可通过新增设的“读一读”、“想一想”、“试一试”、“做一做”等栏目，结合教学内容并辅以一些与现实生活紧密联系的知识，锻炼学生动手实践、自主探索、合作交流等能力。……
