摘要：口语交际是中学汉语教学的重要组成部分，也是学生必备的基本素质之一。在长期的汉语教学中，我们往往存在着重读写轻听说的现象。这主要是迫于应试教育的巨大压力，无奈扎扎实实的教学生抠字句背解释，这样做当然是不利于学生走向社会后的交际发展。在少数民族学校以汉语为主的双语教学中，我们必须充分认识到提高学生口语表达能力的重要性和必要性，把提升“说”的能力作为汉语教学的主要任务之一抓紧抓实抓好。

Abstract: oral communication is the high school is an important part of Chinese teaching, is also one of the essential quality of students. In the long-term of the Chinese teaching, we often exist in reading and writing on the phenomenon of light heard. 目前，相当多的维吾尔族学生的听说能力逊色于读写能力。有的学生胆子小，怕说错话，不善表达；有的学生除在汉语课堂上说汉语，日常生活中大多说维语，有时就连在汉语课堂上讨论发言表达急迫时也用维语交际；有的说话不专心，注意力容易分散。表述事物时阐述不清楚或条理不明；……
