摘要：班级是学校教育的基层单位，学校的教育计划只有通过班主任贯彻执行才能实现。作为学生最亲近最贴心的班主任，在教育教学的进程中，以培养身心健康、性格健全、综合素质全面发展的学生为工作的宗旨，尊重学生的人格，采取民主、人性化的管理措施，仔细留心，多挖掘多发现学生身上的闪光点，让每位学生自信、自主、自强起来，走向社会，走向未来，走向世界！

从事班主任工作几年以来，我本着“为了学生的明天，愿奉献自己的一切”的原则，热爱自己的工作，在教育教学过程中发扬“爱生”美德，利用课外学习及娱乐生活，深入学生内部，密切了解学生的思想动向，掌握学生心理变化及情绪等各种情况，并针对各个具体环节上的问题，有的放矢，各个突破，使得困难与存在问题迎刃而解。

深入学生，处理问题冷静果断及时——班主任工作的第一个法宝。

记得目前我所带的初三（1）在初一的时候，有一次下课后，学生们都在教室内外开心玩耍，开玩笑的开玩笑，做游戏的做游戏，突然，班上的罗铭彪和吴森两位学生在教室后面，操起四脚凳子开始打起架来了，在场的同学都惊惶失措，不敢劝架，明事理的廖瞬翔和罗宏乔两位气呼呼地跑到办公室通知我。当时，我心理第一个反应，就是不可能啊，他们俩平常不是好得很吗？怎么会打架？难道他们……
