摘要：城市道路交叉口交通设计是影响城市交通运行效率的关键因素。本文通过对城市道路平面交叉口交通设计内容的解析，提出平面交叉口交通详细设计的设计方法及其适用条件，以期通过设计合理、功能完善的交通设计对提高交叉口通行能力、提升城市交通运行效率、改善城市交通环境起到推动作用。

Abstract: the urban road traffic intersection design is affect the city traffic operation efficiency of the key factors. This article through to the city road junction plane traffic design content analysis, put forward the detailed design of the plane traffic intersection design method and its application conditions, in order to through the reasonable design, the function is perfect design to improve traffic intersection traffic capacity, upgrade the city traffic operation efficiency, improve the city traffic environment play a role.

一、概述

平面交叉口是城市路网中通行能力降低的节点。近年我国在迅速发展基础设施建设的时候，往往注重建设速度，设计质量良莠不齐，交通设计不够细致，平面交叉口成为制约城市交通运行效率的瓶颈。在宏观方面，交叉口交通设计缺乏统筹性与协调性，未能发挥路网整体优势；在微观方面，进口道通行能力设计不足、出口车道数与进口道不匹配、转弯车辆线型不顺畅、掉头车辆干扰直行车辆、公交车辆与右转车辆相互干扰、慢行交通组织不当制约机动车流等。

本文按照城市道路平面交叉口交通设计的步骤，全面而细致地分析了交叉口交通设计要点的设计方法及其适用条件，有助于提高城市道路设计质量、提高城市交通运行效率。
