摘要：随着经济的快速发展，工程的机电设备的含量及购置费比例也不断提高。虽然机电安装工程的造价占总造价的比例不高，但安装工程的系统多，涉及的管理部门多，因此，做好安装工程的造价控制是整个工程项目的关键所在。本文对机电设备安装工程造价失控进行分析，并提出对策。

Abstract: with the rapid economic development, project of electrical and mechanical equipment content and is ratio improve continuously. Although the m&e project cost accounting for the proportion of the total cost is not high, but the installation of the system, the management departments involved, therefore, completes installation project cost control of the whole project is the key. In this paper, the mechanical and electrical equipment installation project cost control analysis, and put forward the countermeasures.

一、机电安装工程造价的主要内容及特点

建筑项目工程造价由设备费、建筑安装费以及其他管理费构成，其中建筑安装费是建设工程造价非常重要的组成部分，如何加强建筑安装工程投资管理，把建设资金控制好，最大限度地创造出投资效益是投资管理者孜孜以求的目标。安装工程与土建工程相比，有许多相似之处，同时还有些不同之处：

1、新材料、新工艺、新施工方法层出不穷。近几年来，不少新产品、新材料逐步取代了过去的一些传统产品，如给排水工程中，传统的镀锌钢管已逐步被塑料给水管、铝塑复合管、铜塑复合管、铜管等新型材料所取代，水电相结合的远程水表正成为一种发展方向，有望取代传统的水表。

2、现有安装定额落后于建筑领域的发展速度，施工机械水平的提高，设计验收规范更趋合理化、国际化，新材料、新工艺的不断推广应用，已使目前的定额水平与实际情况相差甚远。

3、材料品种多、规格多、品牌多。如给排水工程中的阀门有闸阀、截止阀、蝶阀等……
