摘要：我们需不断满足各类经济体制的需要，让建筑行业统一预结算的编制办法和标准，刺激工程预结算的编制质量的提升，有效防范工程造价失控问题。本文阐述了建筑工程预结算的主要工作内容，分析了建筑工程预结算中常见的问题，探讨了解决建筑工程预结算问题的对策。

Abstract: we need to satisfy the needs of all kinds of economic system, let the construction industry gets the settlement of unified measures and standards, stimulate the settlement of engineering quality of ascension that effectively guard against the project cost control problem. This paper expounds the construction of the main work content settlement, analyses the architecture engineering the settlement common problems, this paper discusses the construction project to solve the solutions to the problems of the settlement.

我国现代化建设步伐的加快，使得建筑行业经济在市场上占据了重要的地位。 对于新时期的经济发展，我们需不断满足各类经济体制的需要，让建筑行业统一预结算的编制办法和标准，刺激工程预结算的编制质量的提升，有效防范工程造价失控问题。 此外，在预算 、结算处理时也需注重内部管理制度，保证预结算按照工程标准进行。

一、建筑工程预结算的主要工作内容

工程预结算是工程造价管理工作的重点内容之一,其管理效果直接影响到工程造价管理工作是否能够得以全面落实,并关系到工程项目的经济收益能否实现等多方面的问题。 工程预结算工作的管理内容较为复杂,涉及到工程项目建设中资金运用中可能出现的方方面面问题,是现代工程管理的基本内容之一。目前,我国工程预结算的工作内容主要有以下几方面:

1、工程量的计算

在建筑工程项目造价管理工作中,工程量的计算是工程项目预决算管理工作的基本内容之一,其决定了工程资金的投入与运用的总体状况。……
