摘要：空调工程中的空调安装施工分部分项工程一般又含有电气安装、风管安装、设备安装、水管安装及系统调试等子分部工程。其中管路(风管、水管)系统的连接安装施工是最为重要的环节之一,其施工质量的好坏直接影响着系统的安装质量及运行效果。本文主要就空调工程风管、水管两种主要管路系统的安装施工工艺技术进行了分析,着重论述了管路与风机等系统各主要接口的连接施工技术要求,以积累空调工程管路系统的安装质量,从而保证空调的正常运行。 本文是个人的一些见解，可供同行参考借鉴。

Abstract: Air conditioning project installation construction division component project and generally contain electrical installation, duct installation, equipment installation, conduit installation and debugging systems engineering DengZi division. One line (air pipe, water pipe) system connection installed construction is the most important one link, its construction quality direct impact on the system installation quality and effects of operation. In this paper, the air conditioning project air pipe, water pipe two main pipeline system installation construction technology are analyzed, and focuses on the line and the air blower, the main interface connection system construction technology, at the request of the air conditioning project accumulated pipe installation quality, so as to ensure the normal operation of the air conditioning. This paper is a man of some opinions, and available for peer for reference.

一、空调工程管路系统安装施工工艺分析

1、风管路的安装施工工艺。其安装施工要求如下: 1)风管及部件穿墙。穿墙时, 应设预留孔洞, 尺寸和位置应符合设计要求; 风管和空气处理室内时,不得铺设电线以及输送有毒、易燃、易爆气体或液体的管道; 风管与配件可拆卸的接口及调节机构, 不得装设在墙或楼板内; 现场风管接口的位置, 不得缩小其有效截面。2) 风管及部件安装前, 应清除内外杂物及污物, 并保持清洁; 风管及部件安装完毕后, 应按系统压力等级进行严密检验, 漏风量应符合 通风与空调工程施工及验收规范 之规定。3)风管支、吊架的施工应符合下列规定:a. 风管与部件支、吊架的预埋件, 射钉或膨胀螺栓位置应正确, 牢固可……
