摘要：煤矿机电管理工作是矿井管理的重要组成部分，机电管理是一项专业性强、管理难度大的重要基础性工作。特别是在当前生产机械化程度不断提高，新产品、新设备不断涌现，机电装备水平不断提升，各项管理工作不断细化的情况下，进一步加强机电管理就显的尤为重要。本文就中平能化集团六矿在机电管理方面的一些做法进行了介绍。

Abstract: coal electrical machinery management is an important part of the mine management, mechanical and electrical management is a professional and strong, management of the important basic work is difficult. Especially in the current production mechanization continues to improve, new products, new equipment constantly emerging, mechanical and electrical equipment level rising, each management work continuously detailed, further strengthen the mechanical and electrical management is the significant particularly important. 平煤集团六矿位于河南省平顶山市西北部，井田面积7.5平方公里，工业储量111.89Mt，于1956年由我国自行设计并开工兴建，1985年改扩建, 年设计能力由90万吨增加到 250万吨。机电设备管理人员157人，主要矿井设备1892 台。进入九十年代以来，大力实施“机电管理创新”战略，2011年实际年生产能力达到350万吨以上，下面就机电管理方面的一些做法进行了介绍。

一、认真践行机电管理的“十六字”方针

2011年我们在设备选型设计、安装、试验、运转、检修、操作各个环节认真践行了“循规蹈矩，严格管理、注重细节、超前防范”的机电管理十六字方针，首先是选型设计、安装方面做到“循规蹈矩”，根据《采矿工程设计册》、《矿井设备安装规范》等标准，大到高强皮带，小到一台水泵设备，都由机电矿长或机电副总召集总办室、机电科、设备科、生产技术科室等单位参加设计选型论证会，充分考虑现场实际，做到既要考虑设备的先进性，做到满足设备的更新换代，又能满足与原生产系统的匹配等因素。……
