摘要：随着建筑业的高速发展,建筑工程的质量越来越受到人们的重视。其质量的优劣，不仅直接影响工程建成后的运用，也影响工程建设质量的好坏，影响建设、施工单位的信誉、效益，更为重要的是建筑工程质量严重影响着人民生命财产的安全。本文针对影响建筑施工质量的各种问题进行分析，探讨了建筑工程施工质量控制的相关管理措施，以进一步提高工程质量效果。

Abstract: with the rapid development of construction industry, construction engineering quality more and more attention by people. The quality is superior, not only directly influence the project after completion of the use, also influence the quality of the project construction has a direct influence on the construction and construction units credit, benefit, more important is construction engineering quality the serious influence the safety of people's life and property. This article in view of the influence of various problems in building construction quality analysis, this paper discusses the construction quality control of relevant management measures to further improve the quality of the construction work effect.

“百年大计、质量第一”。工程质量在建筑施工中占有重要的位置，是基本建设投资效益实现的主要保证。随着国民经济建设的不断快速发展和人民生活水平的日益提高，人们对建筑质量的要求不止是外观的魅力和满足基本生活需要，更重要的是希望建筑物本身体现建筑技术和质量的提高。从这个基础上人们可以清晰的看到，建筑技术和建筑质量的提高对于人们的生活和工作有极其重要的影响，同时，地区的建筑特点也可以充分体现一个国家的经济实力。但是，如果建筑工程的质量出了问题，会给人们的正常生活和工作带来很大的影响，因此，只有严格对建筑工程施工的全过程进行质量控制，才能实现建筑工程施工的质量目标。
