摘要：为了适应日益增长的社会经济对公路行车服务质量的需要，实现公路工程的预期使用寿命和功能，就必须加强公路的养护管理。然而，与当前公路建设飞速发展相比，我国普通公路的养护管理工作相对滞后，为了适应公路事业发展需要，充分借鉴现代化的管理手段和最新养护技术，把市政道路养护提上一个新的台阶。

Abstract: in order to meet the growing social economy on highway driving the needs of the service quality, achieve the highway engineering expected service life and function, must strengthen the highway maintenance management. 一、市政道路养护现状分析

公路养护是保持路况完好，延长公路使用寿命，为经济建设提供良好服务的根本条件。如果公路缺养、失养，路况必然会很快下降，道路通行就必然受阻。所以在公路建设中，必须高度重视养护工作。在整个公路养护工作中，路面养护是公路养护工作的中心环节。这是因为路面是直接承受行车荷载和自然因素作用的结构层，关系着行车是否安全、快速、经济、舒适。因此，路面养护质量是公路养护质量考核的首要对象。 为了更好地搞好公路养护管理工作，部门都开始积极探索新的公路养护运行机制。但各地实际情况不同，采取的措施也不同。为建立一种与我国的社会主义市场经济相适应的科学高效的管理体制，必须结合各地的成功经验，进行体制创新。

二、完善养护制度，合理分配资源，促进道路养管模式的转型         随着城市的发展，道路的不断扩大，越来越多的城市道路投入使用，根据各条道路的车流量、载荷量等各种因素的影响，路面出现各种不同的损坏。……
