[摘要] 药剂学作为一门应用技术学科具有知识综合性较强、对实践能力要求高等特点。药剂学实验负担着培养学生综合运用所学知识和提高实践动手能力的任务，故药剂学实验教学活动在药剂学教学中具有重要意义。PBL教学模式的学习过程完全符合药剂学实验教学活动的过程与目的，故笔者尝试将PBL教学法引入药剂学实验教学中，对药剂学实验教学的过程和内容进行适当的改革，为探索更有效的培养高素质药学人才的教学方法提供可借鉴的经验。

Exploration of problem-based learning mode in pharmaceutics experiments education

[Abstract] Pharmaceutics as an applied technology disciplines with knowledge integrated and high capacity requirements of practice. Pharmaceutics experiments play a very important role in the education of pharmaceutics students, experimental teaching activities is of great significance in the teaching pharmaceutics. Problem-based learning (PBL) brings into play dominant action of teachers and reflects dominant position of students. In this paper, we try to put PBL modern into the pharmaceutics experimental education, and the process and content of experimental teaching in the pharmaceutics are reformed, we provide pharmaceutical teaching experience in order to explore more effective training high-quality teaching methods for pharmaceutical students.

药剂学教学对学生综合运用多学科知识和实践动手能力的要求很高，学生在未来相关工作或深造中需要解决大量的实际问题，故药剂学实验教学活动在药剂学教学中的地位尤其突出。合格的实验课教学应该能够让学生在此过程中学到自己发现问题、解决问题的能力，而绝不是由教师在课前提供处方及操作步骤，实验前进行讲解，然后学生“依葫芦画瓢”进行实验操作，教师在旁指导。这样，整个过程学生几乎没有机会自主思考实验内容，教学效果仅仅能达到“知其然”，而离“知其所以然”的目标距离甚远，完全无法满足日益增长的对药学专业人才的培养需求。

PBL（problem-based learning）教学法是一种符合药剂学实验教学目的和要求的新型教学模式，其特色就是“以问题为基础、以学生为中心、以小组为单位”的自我导向式学习，而教师的角色不再是讲授，而是参与其中，把握教学过程的方向和进度，让学生自主地对解决问题的办法从理论上、实践上进行探索，从而学习到相应的知识[1]。……
