[摘要] 目的：探讨疗癣卡西甫散的药效作用，并比较传统粉末制备与现代工艺制备间药效的差异。方法：根据药物对小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂变化的作用以及药物含药血清对角质形成细胞增殖作用的影响，评价药效作用，并对比分析传统粉末制备组（粉末组）与现代工艺制备组（浸膏组）之间的药效。结果：疗癣卡西甫散各制备组均能够显著抑制小鼠阴道上皮细胞的有丝分裂，对角质形成细胞的增殖具有抑制作用,且现代工艺制备组对小鼠阴道上皮细胞的有丝分裂和角质形成细胞的增殖抑制作用较之传统粉末组有所增强。结论：疗癣卡西甫散对银屑病具有治疗作用，且现代工艺制备组的药效作用明显优于传统粉末制备组。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the medicine effect of Liao Xuan Kaxipu San and compare the effect differences between traditional powder and modern technics. Methods: The medicine effect differences were evaluated by observing the mitosis changes in mice vaginal epithelial cell and the influence of the proliferation effect to keratinocytes in medicated serum, then the medicine effects between traditional powder group (powder group) and modern technics group (extracts group) were compared and analysed. Results: All groups of the Liao Xuan Kaxipu San could restrain the mitosis in mice vaginal epithelial cell and the proliferation effect to keratinocytes, and the inhibition effect in the modern technics group was stronger than that in the traditional powder group. Conclusion: The Liao Xuan Kaxipu San has treatmental effect on psoriasis and the effect of the modern technics is better than that of the traditional powder group.

银屑病是常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病之一，顽固且易复发。由于其发病机制较为复杂，且有机体免疫系统参与，因而其治疗在世界范围内仍属医学难题。银屑病在维吾尔医学中被称之为“库岜”，目前其发病机制尚未完全明确[1]。维吾尔医理论认为，人体内碱性黏液质过剩及沉积，阻止血液的正常运行，机体气质异常，影响了皮肤的营养力、摄住力、生长力等，从而导致了银屑病的发生[2]。疗癣卡西甫散是在维吾尔医药学古方的基础上研制而成的复方制剂，被广泛应用于皮肤瘙痒、体癣、银屑病等皮肤疾病的治疗。……
