哈尔滨市中学篮球运动队管理研究

为加强哈尔滨市中学篮球运动队的管理，对哈尔滨市中学篮球运动队管理现状进行了分析，提出了哈尔滨市中学篮球运动队管理的措施：完善各项规章制度；应有相应的行政部门加强对篮球运动队的管理工作；处理好训练与教学的关系、打基础与提高运动成绩的关系、培养体育运动后备人才与开展全校体育活动的关系；引入目标管理机制；以团队文化作为软性约束。

我国竞技体育正处于从传统的政府管理向多元化管理的变革与发展阶段。原国家体育总局局长伍绍祖同志曾指出，现代体育发展离不开三件东西：一是“硬件”，指科学技术、场地设施；二是“软件”，指科学管理；三是“活件”，指人与人的积极性［1］。其实发展“硬件”与“活件”也离不开管理。管理工作是一门科学，要遵循科学规律；也是一门艺术，要注意创造性［2］。对哈尔滨市中学篮球运动队管理进行探讨、研究，有利于促进哈尔滨市中学篮球运动队的管理工作，提高我市乃至黑龙江省篮球竞技水平，培养高素质的体育人才，同时带动哈尔滨市学校体育工作。
