【摘要】目的：探讨产后康复综合治疗仪联合护理干预在治疗产后尿潴留的方法和应用效果，为临床护理提供参考。方法：回顾性分析本院于2010年2月至2011年4月抽取的50例患产后尿潴留的产妇随机分2组，实验组25例，在普通护理干预的基础上使用产后康复综合治疗仪。对照组25例，单纯行普通护理干预。比较2 组产妇护理后即时的疗效恢复和其对护理工作的满意度 结果：两组相比，治疗后实验组产妇总有效率（显效+有效）明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P < 0.05 )；两组相比，实验组产妇对护理情况的满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论：在普通护理干预的基础上使用产后康复综合治疗仪治疗产妇产后尿潴留，可以提高产妇疗效的恢复，增强其对护理情况的满意度，是一种行之有效的护理措施，应当在临床护理中推广使用。

Comprehensive treatment for postpartum recovery efficacy of the treatment of postpartum urinary retention

【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate the comprehensive treatment for postpartum rehabilitation nursing intervention in the treatment of combined methods of postpartum urinary retention and application of results, provide a reference for clinical care. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital in February2010 to April2011 extracted 50 cases of maternal risk of postpartum urinary retention were randomly divided into 2 groups, experimental group, 25 patients in general nursing interventions based on the use of comprehensive treatment for postpartum recovery . Control group, 25 cases of simple intervention of ordinary care. Group 2 compared the effect of maternal care immediately after their recovery and job satisfaction of nursing results: The two groups compared to the experimental group after treatment of maternal total effective rate (markedly effective + efficient) than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05); the two groups compared to the experimental groups were of higher nursing satisfaction with the situation, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). Conclusion: The common use of nursing intervention on the basis of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for post-natal treatment of postpartum urinary retention, can improve the recovery of the maternal effect, increase their satisfaction with the nursing situation, is an effective nursing measures should be in clinical promote the use of care.

产后、术后尿潴留目前已成为妇产科的常见并发症之一。由于产妇正处在产后恢复期，因此选择何种安全性、科学性强的治疗方法配合上护理路径已引起社会的足够重视［1］，随着产后康复综合治疗仪在临床产后尿潴留中的不断发展，为进一步探讨产后康复综合治疗仪联合护理干预在治疗产后尿潴留的方法和应用效果，回顾性分析本院于2010年2月至2011年4月抽取的50例患产后尿潴留的产妇，现报道如下：

1 资料与方法

1．1临床资料回顾性分析本院于2010年2月至2011年4月抽取的50例患产后尿潴留的产妇随机分2组，实验组25例，在普通护理干预的基础上使用产后康复综合治疗仪。……
