倍耐力RE综合办公楼位于意大利米兰，是一个集中的办公建筑和会议中心。该项目的建筑面积为76 828m2，是两个高达39.6m、有天桥连接着的大楼。此桥的结构、环境和外皮体系跟主楼是一样的。

灵活和健康的工作区

塔楼是由一系列综合工作区组成的。一共有16个可独立出租的区域，其空间大小可以应租客要求进行改动。建筑物的外皮设计特别注意了提高空气质量和室内空气流通，同时把能源和维修费减到最低。

建造体型和体验

每个塔楼的中心是一个由钢和玻璃组成的结构中庭。楼中心的结构支撑起下部楼层并悬挑着上部楼层，第5层的会议室没有任何竖向结构，完全开放，空间可随时重构。这些前庭不仅作为结构，也构成了建筑可持续性的一部分。该设计使冷空气从建筑表皮进入各个工作区，并使热空气从建筑中排出。塔楼的中心结构和外形优化了日光和空气，此方案使得塔楼在全年大部分的时间中，可以自然通风。多层次的前庭同时也是工作人员互动和交流的地方。

创造一个城市绿色空间

将需要的空间集中在一起，看起来像是一种密集城市。塔楼的底层高于地面，由此在城市内创造了一个广阔的公园。公园景观向北向和南向延伸，可以穿过建筑一直望向萨尔卡大街。建筑底层是零售店面和停车场，融入更大范围的景观环境中，在该地段创造出新的密集的活动和聚会场所。□

The Pirelli RE Office Complex is a concentrated urban office and conference center on an exurban site in Milan, Italy. The project's 827,000 square foot area is concentrated in two 130-foot high towers that are connected by a bridge that utilizes the same structural, environmental, and cladding systems as the main buildings.

Flexible & Healthy Workspaces

The towers are organized as a highly integrated series of efficient work areas. This overall organization strategy incorporate a series of sixteen distinct leasable zones which can be easily scaled and reconfigured to meet the needs of individual tenants.The building's envelope is specifically designed to maximize the quality of light and air deep into the building's form while minimizing energy and maintenance costs over the life cycle of the project.
