摘 要：尺寸链是《机械制造工艺学》课程的重点和难点之一，学好该章节的内容，对工艺学课程的理解和掌握起着至关重要的作用。笔者结合职校学生的特点，对尺寸链的几个概念及难点内容进行了阐述和比较分析；对尺寸链的几种计算方法进行了概括及举例说明。对学生学习和掌握该章节内容有一定的帮助。

Abstract:“Dimensional chain” is one of important and difficult points in the course of “manufactural technology of machinery”. To master the content of this chapter will play importance role for studying well about this course. According to the characteristics of students at vocational-technical school, several concepts of “Dimensional chain” and the sections of the difficult content were summarized and comparatively analyzed. Several calculation methods for “Dimensional chain” were summarized, and some examples were listed. It might be helpful to master the contents of the chapter for students at vocational-technical school.

引言

尺寸链是《机械制造工艺学》课程的重点和难点之一，尺寸链章节的内容在确定工序尺寸和公差时起着至关重要的作用。学生在学习过程中极易把设计尺寸链、工艺尺寸链和装配尺寸链的概念混淆，导致封闭环、组成环判定错误。本文就尺寸链章节的一些重点和难点内容作些分析。

1 尺寸链的几个概念

1.1 设计尺寸链、工艺尺寸链、装配尺寸链

在工件加工或机器装配过程中，由相互联系的尺寸按一定顺序排列而成的封闭的尺寸组合，称为尺寸链。尺寸链按应用范围可以分为：设计尺寸链、工艺尺寸链和装配尺寸链。三种尺寸链的定义分别是：在设计机器或零部件时，设计图上形成的封闭的尺寸组合称为设计尺寸链。[1]在加工工艺过程中，各工序的加工尺寸构成的封闭的尺寸组合，或在某工序中工件、夹具、刀具、机床的有关尺寸形成的封闭的尺寸组合，统称为工艺尺寸链。而在产品或部件的装配过程中，由相关零件的有关尺寸（如表面或轴线间的距离）或相互位置关系（如平行度、垂直度或同轴度等）所组成的尺寸链，称为装配尺寸链。……
