科研实验室的工作水平是衡量高职高专院校科研水平和管理水平的重要标志，因此，加强科研实验室建设和管理尤为重要。针对目前高职院校科研实验室建设的情况，建议从管理体制，信息化管理，仪器共享，科研团队建设，学术交流与人才培养等多方面来建设和管理科研实验室。以此全面提高职高专院校科研水平，提升科研竞争综合实力。

Abstract: The scientif c research laboratory's working level is an important mark to measure the level of scientif c research and management of higher vocational and technical colleges. So it becomes quite important to strengthen the construction and management of the laboratory. In the situation of current construction in the colleges, this article recommends to construct and manage the laboratory from the aspects of management system, information management, equipment sharing, research and team building, academic exchanges, personnel training, and etc. These aspects are aimed at improving the level and enhancing the competitive strength of scientif c research comprehensively of higher vocational and technical colleges.

高职高专院校除建设学校常规的基础实验室、专业课实验室和一体化实验室等用于完成学生实验教学任务外,还需要为教师提供课题研究、横向合作开发等科研型实验室。如何高效地建设与管理高职高专院校科研型实验室,并充分利用科研实验室中的先进的精密仪器设备,把课题研究的创新方法、创新思路贯穿到高职高专人才培养评估体系与学生实验教学工作中,促进高职高专院校教学与科研互动状态,培养适应生产、建设、管理、服务一线需要的高素质技术应用型人才具有积极的意义。另外,科研实验室的工作水平是衡量高职高专院校科研水平和管理水平的重要标志,因此,加强科研实验室建设和管理尤为重要。
