旅游外汇收入、FD I与国内生产总值的协整分析＊

运用相关性和协整检验方法,分析旅游外汇收入、FDI和国内生产总值之间的关系,结果显示三者之间存在协整关系,FD I和国内生产总值共同促进了旅游收入的增长,同时旅游外汇收入不论在短期还是长期都显著地促进了国内生产总值的增长,FD I和旅游外汇收入不存在协整关系,国内生产总值与FD I之间存在协整关系,但在5%的显著性水平下它们之间是否存在因果关系受滞后期选择的影响。

Abstract:This Papermakes use of themethod of co rrelations and Cointegration test to investigate relationsof three variables(tourism fo reign exchange income,foreign direct investment,gross domestic p roduct).The results show that the three variables pass the cointegration test,the fo reign direct investment p romotes the tourism foreign exchange income increase w ith gross domestic p roduct together.And both in the long and sho rt run,the tourism fo reign exchange income p romo te the gross domestic p roduct increase.How ever,the foreign direct investment does not cointegrate w ith tourism foreign exchange income.With the 5%significant level,the Granger causality betw een gross domestic p roduct and foreign direct investment is up to the lagsw hich selected,although they are cointegration.

一 引 言

改革开放以来,随着国家吸引外资、引进技术政策的实施,大量外资和外国游客纷纷涌入大陆。旅游外汇收入和FD I金额都迅猛增加。1978年,我国的旅游外汇收入仅为2.63亿美元,2007年这一金额已达到419.19亿美元,1979至1984年我国实际利用外资总额仅为97.5亿美元,而2007年单年实际利用外资总额就达到747.68亿美元,同时,我国的国内生产总值也由1978年的3645.2亿元增加到2007年的251483.2亿元。那么,改革开放三十年这三者之间究竟存在怎样的关系呢?

在旅游外汇收入与国内生产总值之间关系的研究中,Balaguer and Cantavella-Jo rda(2002)[1]利用西班牙1975—1997年的数据,通过 Granger检验发现旅游带动了经济的增长;Hyun Jeong Kim等人(2006)[2]对台湾经济增长和旅游业之间的关系进行了验证,JJ检验的结果表明两者之间存在着某种长……
