【摘要】 目的 探讨风险管理在乳腺癌术后化疗患者护理中的应用意义。方法 将105例乳腺癌术后化疗患者随机分为对照组(52例)和风险管理组(53例),对照组按常规实施化疗方案,出现化疗风险时予以对症处理; 风险管理组实施化疗方案时根据风险管理程序和方法对患者的护理风险进行评估、分析和预防。结果 风险管理组护理投诉情况及化疗期间护理风险发生情况明显低于对照组(P<0．05)，风险管理组的患者及家属对护士满意度及患者的治疗配合程度和治疗积极程度均明显高于对照组(均P<0．05)。结论 对乳腺癌术后化疗患者护理过程中实施风险管理可提高护理人员对化疗风险的认识,减少护理投诉,降低护理风险,提高患者满意度及治疗配合程度和治疗积极程度。

Application of risk management in the nursing care for the breast cancer patients treated by postoperative chemotherapy

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application significance of risk management in the nursing care for the breast cancer patients treated by postoperative chemotherapy.Methods A total of 105 breast cancer patiens treated by postoperative chemotherapy were divided randomly into control group(n=52)and risk management group(n=53).The patients in the control group received regular chemotherapy and symptom targeted measures were taken when chemotherapy related risks emerged.In the risk management group,the risks were evaluated,analyzed and prevented according to risk management procedure and methods in implementing chemotherapy project.Results The nursing complaints and risk in chemotherapy in risk management group were lower significantly than that of the control group(P<0．05).But satisfaction degree to the nursing care and therapeutic aliance and active treatment lever in risk management group was higher significantly than that of the control group(P<0．05 for all).Conclusion The risk management program in postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer patients can improve nursesrecognition of chemotherapy related risks of nursing,reduce nursing complaints,lower nursing related risks and increase the satisfaction of patients and therapeutic aliance and active treatment lever.

护理风险管理是护理人员对工作中不安全因素的识别、评价与安全防范措施的处理,以减少护理风险事件的发生,有效防止风险事件对患者及医院的危害及经济损失^[1]。乳腺癌是导致妇女死亡最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。目前,治疗乳腺癌最为有效的方法是手术治疗。术后的化疗是乳腺癌综合治疗的重要手段之一,由于化疗药物的毒副作用较强,在临床化疗过程中存在或潜在的护理风险较多,有效地防范和处理各种护理风险隐患,保证护理工作的安全,促进患者的身心健康,已成为当前护理人员面临的重要课题^[2]。现将本院风险管理在乳腺癌术后化疗患者护理中的应用效果总结如下。

1 资料与方法

1．1 一般资料 2004年1月至2008年5月在本院外科住院的乳腺癌患者105例,均经病理检查证实，既往和目前均无精神疾病和意识障碍，均根据病情给予选择不同的手术方式，术后行化疗。105例患者均为已婚女性,将其……
