1. Once upon a time，there was a cat. The cat was able to change his color. He always changed his color to please others.

从前，有一只会变色的猫，他总是以改变自己颜色的方式来取悦别人。

2. Cat:Sir，you like black best. So I am black for you today! Do you like the birthday gift?

Fat Pig:Ha-ha! Thank you!

变色猫:先生，你最喜欢黑色，今天我就是为你变成黑色的。你喜欢这个生日礼物吗?

胖猪:哈哈，谢谢!

3. Fox:I am red. Red is the most beautiful color.

Cat:Yes，sir. I am red，too. So we are best friends.

狐狸:我是红色的，所以红色是最美的颜色。

变色猫:一点儿没错，先生。我也是红色的，所以我们是最好的朋友。

4. Eagle:The white clouds are the purest.

Cat:Look，sir. Am I not like a white cloud?

老鹰:白云是最纯洁的。

变色猫:先生，快看!我不就像朵白云吗?

5. Cat:Sir，what you like is what I like. Look，I have the same color as you.

Mouse:Yes! You are not my enemy. We are friends.

变色猫:先生，你喜欢的就是我喜欢的，看，我连颜色都跟你一样。

老鼠:是啊!咱们可不是敌人，而是朋友。

Tiger:Ha-ha! You are my best cat.

变色猫:先生，您的金黄色是高贵的颜色。能变成您这样的颜色我真是太荣幸了。

老虎:哈哈!你可是我最好的猫了。

7. One day，the pig，the fox，the eagle，the mouse and the tiger all came to see the cat.

这天，胖猪、狐狸、老鹰、老鼠和老虎一起来看变色猫。

8. The cat didnt know what color to change to. He was so afraid that he changed to green.

猫不知道该变成什么颜色好了，吓得全身都变成了绿色。

9. But no one likes this green cat.

但是，大家都不喜欢这只绿猫了。
