㈡会徽(Emblem)

奥运会会徽是各届奥运会最有权威性的形象标志，会徽的图样不仅要体现奥林匹克精神，而且还要反映出东道国和奥运会主办城市的特征。

Los Angeles 1984 Emblem洛杉矶 “运行之星”独具匠心

The star is a universal symbol of the highest aspirations of mankind; the horizontal bars portray the speed with which the contestants pursue the excellence, while the repetition of the star shape connotes the spirit of competition between equally outstanding physical forms.

设计师鲁尼恩打造出了一个被称做“运行之星”的会徽。会徽中由美国国旗红白蓝3色构成的5个五角星相互重叠，象征着五大洲的融合，13条粗细不一的横线又代表着美国崛起于英国的13个殖民地，巧妙的构思营造出一种运动的美。

Seoul 1988 Emblem汉城 韩国人的拿来主义

The Seoul emblem features a samtaeguk pattern. A samtaeguk is a traditional Korean pattern and visual image which represents Korea. This pattern is widely used as decoration on fans, gates of Korean-style homes, artifacts, and folk crafts. The Olympic emblem features patterns in two forms, centripetal and centrifugal; the centripetal motion represented the people of the world coming together in Korea, thus symbolizing worldwide harmony, while the centrifugal motion represented a march onward in search of mans lasting happiness and prosperity.

韩国人在本届奥运会中突出了和平的主题，提出了“人类和谐”的口号。极具民族特色的“三太极”应运而生，其中的黄、红、蓝三种颜色的色带仿佛运动场上的跑道，代表天、地、人三位一体的和谐统一，三色条带外旋象征世界的繁荣与进步，内旋则寓意各国运动员的团结和友谊。……
