【摘要】 目的 观察用逐酸活血汤治疗原发性高尿酸血症合并高三酰甘油血症的临床疗效和安全性。方法 将60例患者随机分成2组，治疗组(改变生活方式加逐酸活血汤)30例，对照组（改变生活方式加非诺贝特胶囊）30例，治疗4周后比较两组血尿酸及三酰甘油水平的变化。结果 逐酸活血汤组治疗前后比较，血尿酸、三酰甘油有明显改善(P<0．05~0．001);力平之组治疗前后比较，血尿酸、三酰甘油有显著改善(P<0．001);逐酸活血汤组与力平之组治疗前后比较，发现两组降低血尿酸水平基本相当(P>0．05)，力平之组降低三酰甘油水平优于逐酸活血汤组(P<0．05~0．001)。结论 逐酸活血汤可以降低血尿酸和三酰甘油水平。

Therapeutic effect of Uric-acid-Sequester herbal extract on the primary Hyperuricemia & Hypertriglyceridemia

【Abstract】 Objective Investigate the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of the uric-acid-sequester herbal extract on the patients suffered from primary hyperuricemia with intercurrent hypertriglyceridemia.Methods 60 patients were grouped randomly into treatment group and control group.There were 30 patients in each group.Changing life style and treatment with uric-acid-sequester herbal extract serum orally were applied on the patients in treatment group.Changing life style and taking Fenofibrate capsules orally were done by the patients in control group.The blood levels of uric acid and triglycerides were determined at four weeks after treatment.Results The blood levels of uric acid and triglycerides were reduced significantly in the patients by treatment with uric-acid-sequester herbal extract serum(P<0．05~0．001)comparing to the levels before treatment.And the patients who received fenofibrate capsules had also a significantly lower blood level of uric acid and triglycerides than non-treatment.There was no statistics significant difference of blood uric level between treatment group and control group at the time of measurement,while the blood triglycerides level of control group was significant lower than treatment group(P<0．05~0．001).Conclusion Uric-acid-sequester herbal extract may have the ability to down-regulate the level of blood uric acid and triglycerides.

目前高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia)和血脂代谢异常的发病率逐渐上升^[1-3]。有关血清尿酸(UA)水平与三酰甘油(TG)相关性研究表明，血清尿酸水平与高三酰甘油成密切相关性。我们用逐酸活血汤治疗高尿酸血症合并高三酰甘油血症患者30例，取得较好疗效。现报告如下。

1 临床资料

1．1 一般资料 60例患者均为北京中医药大学东直门医院2007年1月至2008年5月门诊及住院患者。其中男50例，女10例，采用随机数字表将60例患者分为两组。治疗组(改变生活方式+逐酸活血汤)30例，其中男24例，女6例，平均(60．37±12．65)岁；对照组（改变生活方式+非诺贝特胶囊）30例，其中男26例，女4例，平均(59．7±11．17)岁。两组患者性别、年龄、体重指数等无显著性差异(P>0．05)。在所观察的60例患者中，有痛风家族史者9例，占总数的15%；有吸烟史者30例，占总数的50%；饮酒者42例，占总数的70%。60例患者均合并不同程度的血脂紊乱。
