【摘要】 目的 探讨养血生乳口服液对妇女产后子宫缩复和免疫功能的影响。方法 采用单盲随机对照法，以产宝口服液为对照，对正常产妇117例进行临床观察；通过实验观察养血生乳口服液对产后小鼠离体子宫平滑肌的影响，并采用环磷酰胺制造小鼠免疫抑制模型，观察了其对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和T细胞数的影响。结果 养血生乳口服液能明显促进妇女产后子宫缩复，减少产后出血量，增强产妇免疫功能；并能显著增加产后小鼠离体子宫平滑肌的收缩张力和收缩频率，明显提高免疫抑制小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能和增加T细胞数。结论 养血生乳口服液有较好的促进妇女产后康复作用，其机制可能与其提高子宫收缩作用和增强免疫功能有关。

Effects of Yangxueshengru oral solution on the functions of lying-in woman uterus contractibility recovery and immunity

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss Yangxueshengru oral solutions effects on the functions of lying-in woman uterus contractibility recovery and immunity.Methods Compared to chanbao oral solution with yang xushengru oral solution by single blind random contrast method,clinical observations were made in 117 nomal lying in women and the effects on the uterus smooth muscle of postpartum rats in vitro were experimentally made.Results Yangxueshengru oral solution could promote postpartum uterus contractibility recovery,reduce postpartum bleeding amount,enhance lying in womens immunity function,significantly strengthen the contract tension and frequency of uterus smooth muscle of postpartum rats in vitro.Conclusion Yangxueshengru oral solution is a ideal preparation which can promote lying-in women to restoye to health.

养血生乳口服液是根据中医学“乳血同源”理论，采用黒芝麻、桑寄生、当归等12位中药研制而成的中药复方制剂，既能防治妇女产后乳汁分泌不足，又能促进产后康复，经多年临床应用，取得了较好疗效^[1]。现将促进产后康复的研究结果报告如下。

1 临床研究

1．1 临床资料 凡正常住院自然分娩、妊娠足月、无合并症的初产妇，纳入观察对象，共117例，随机分成3组。养血生乳口服液组(药物组)42例，平均(22．5±2．6)岁，所产婴儿体质量(3254±303)g，孕周(39．8±1．1)周；产宝口服液对照组(产宝组)38例，平均(22．4±2．1)岁，所产婴儿体质量(3301±365)g，孕周(39．9±1．2)周；对照组37例,平均(22．8±2．9)岁，所产婴儿体质量(3294±355)g，孕周(39．7±1．4)周。……
