New Educational Infrastructure Paves the Way for the Digital Transformation of Education

New educational infrastructure is both an inheritance and innovation of current information-based educational development. It is also an inevitable requirement to achieve the transformation and upgrading of information-based educational development. In this issue, officials from education authorities, educational technology professionals, representatives from universities and smart education demonstration areas, as well as representatives from IT businesses such as Huawei, iFly Tek and China Mobile were interviewed to share their insights on the implementation of new educational infrastructure and the pathway of injecting new dynamism into the digital transformation of education sector.

Shanghai plans to build a lifelong learning-based educational system for all by 2025. The Standard aims to provide a way of describing the information on online learning promoters, regulate the professional activities and facilitate the fast and healthy development of online learning industry.
