In September 2014, Ningxia Ruyi Project realized the large-scale application of the linkage system of roving, spinning and winding for the first time, laying a foundation for the promotion of the linkage.

In October 2015, Jiangsu Dasheng Project realized the establishment and operation of the first digital spinning workshop in China, and successfully passed the acceptance of the national digital spinning project, promoting the promotion and development of digital spinning equipment.

In June 2016, the entire process of the XinjiangTexhong project was fully upgraded in terms of automation, production efficiency, equipment stability and other equipment performance, with a total scale of 450,000 spindles.

In June 2017, Nanyang Textile Project realized the application of the largest single-unit workshop of domestic linkage system of roving, spinning and winding for the first time. The total scale of the project was 200,000 spindles.

In October 2019, the project of Wuhan Yudahua full-process intelligent spinning realized the whole process of intelligent logistics, the whole process of reworkable waste collection, and the whole process quality traceability, laying the foundation for the unattended factory at night.

Yudahua project application case analysis

The intelligent spinning management system forms an intelligent analysis based on the real-time status of production operation and product quality, and a new collaborative manufacturing system based on logistics, dispatching and automatic cotton mixing. Through the automated collection of large amounts of data and traceability of production information, the control of information flow and logistics coordination has reached the intelligent spinning workshop with precision, and created a collaborative innovation and innovation control platform for intelligent manufacturing.

Full process quality traceability

The quality traceability system records the actual data provided by the workshop automation logistics system, and records it in each production process of the spinning machine. For each finished product (bins, roving tube, spinning tube), its production information is recorded: Including the machine number (ingot number) of the equipment produced, production time, vehicle handlers, production process, etc. Recorded into the database, these virtual data is synchronized with the product(semi-product).

When it is necessary to trace back, it can be traced back through the flow data record to find out its production information, as well as the production information of the previous process, and provide data support for process optimization, single spindle maintenance of the spinning frame, and other management.

The quality traceability page is to show all the varieties and pre-spinning processes in the current workshop. When you select a certain variety, you can display the varieties of the pre-spinning processes corresponding to the variety, and realize the data from the single-spindle → spinning spindle → roving spindle → end machine side → front spinning production line →cotton mixing → raw cotton quality and process traceability.

Future development prospects

At the textile machinery technology upgrade seminar held in Wuxi in 2017, the technical upgrading route and development direction of the future spinning factory were basically verified in the Yudahua project. The next step is to optimize the overall system, improve operational efficiency, reduce investment and operating costs, improve the overall planning of project implementation, and form a complete intelligent spinning solution from the perspective of system engineering. Intelligent spinning equipment will soon be promoted to more Implemented and applied in many factories.
