6天内从边境口岸入缅游客达2万多人

缅甸酒店与旅游业管理局发布消息称，2019年4月12日至18日，通过大其力边境口岸进出短期旅游的外国游客，包括泰国游客，达到21162人次。酒店与旅游业管理局大其力分局数据显示，外籍游客通过边境口岸入境旅游，大部分都是进入缅甸拜佛旅游，观光缅甸边境自然风光及知名景点。

泰国情侣海上安家或面临死刑

2019年2月，美国男子与其泰国女友在普吉海域建造一处“海上家园”，其理念是在公海安家不受任何国家法律约束，可以自由享有管辖权。最近，这一“家园”被泰国海军发现，海军控其侵犯泰国主权，该男子或面临死刑。该男子坚称自己的房子距海岸线13英里，属于公海。图为泰国海军正着手将其拆除。

亚洲航空公司吁公众提防网上诈骗

据外媒报道，网上出现冒充亚航用标题为“AirAsia Big Loyalty Bonus”的电邮实施诈骗。4月16日亚航发公告敦促公众保持谨慎，若公众感到疑惑或怀疑有利用亚航品牌的诈骗活动，可通过官方渠道同亚航联络。亚航将坚决对滥用亚航品牌进行诈骗的个人或组织采取法律行动，对于诈骗所引起的任何索赔，亚航不承担任何责任。

文化纪录片《千年佛缘》落地柬埔寨

4月20日，中国外文局与柬埔寨国家电视台在金边签约“一带一路”主题文化纪录片《千年佛缘》落地协议。该片通过1600多年前法显西行求法和中国与印度、尼泊尔等国家交流的史实，讲述中国与“一带一路”沿线国家从古至今相互吸引、相互交流的故事，寻找国家间民心相通、文脉相连的根源。

此前，《千年佛缘》泰文版已于2019年2月与泰国观众见面。

泰国29府遭夏季风暴袭击

4月20日，泰国内政部防灾减灾厅公布，自本月5日以来，全国共有29个府遭到夏季风暴袭击，造成6940户民宅不同程度受损，9人受伤。防灾减灾厅负责人表示，该厅已协调受灾各府地方行政机构、军方以及其他相关部门，对受灾民众展开救助工作。

提醒，近期泰国多地可能持续遭遇夏季风暴侵袭，出现雷阵雨和强阵风天气，中国游客赴泰需多加关注当地天气情况。

泰国借“登帕侬隆山节”吸引游客

4月6～7日，一年一度的“登帕侬隆山节”在泰国东北部武里南府帕侬隆山举办。当地人以古装巡游展示传统文化，希望能吸引更多外国游客，促进当地旅游业发展。

帕侬隆山是一座死火山，山顶建有吴哥建筑风格的神庙，名为帕侬隆寺。帕侬隆寺始建于公元10世纪，后长期湮没在密林中。泰国政府经过多次勘查修复，在1988年建成帕侬隆历史公园对外开放。

中使馆提醒在新加坡注意防范登革热

据中国驻新加坡大使馆领事消息，今年第一季度，新加坡共发现2000多起登革热病例，是去年同期的3倍多，并已造成3人死亡。

登革热是一种主要通过伊蚊传播的急性传染疾病。患者一般会在感染3到14天后发作，症状主要包括发热、头痛、肌肉和关节痛、鼻子或牙龈出血、皮疹等，如进一步恶化，可能出现休克，甚至危及生命。

柬计划5年内新建或修建6个机场

柬埔寨民航国务秘书处透露消息称，未来5年，柬埔寨王国将新建或修复6个机场，满足国内外游客出行需求，缓解机场运营压力。目前，金边、暹粒和西哈努克三大机场每日航班起降数为100多个班次。柬埔寨现有40多家航空公司在运营，增长率达到16%。现有机场即使超负荷运作，也不具备应对到2030年每年3000万人次客流量的能力。

搭乘飞机离开马来西亚将被收取离境税

马来西亚财政部近日提呈《2019年离境税法案》，阐明任何离开马来西亚的人士都必须缴付离境税，抵触法令者将被罚款不超过50万令吉，或监禁不超过3年，或两者兼施。

马来西亚财政部长林冠英表示，只有搭乘飞机离境的人士将被征收离境税，通过陆路及海路离境者则不受影响。他指出，政府将在今年的哈芝节后公布离境税机制、税率等详情，目前当局仍在拟定离境税事宜。

普吉沉船事故致游客减少问题基本恢复

泰国旅游业协会透露，预计今年泰国旅游业会有所好轉，与2018年宋干节相比，外籍游客会增加约3～5%，且大部分为中国、印度和东盟国家游客。今年宋干节泰国有多天假期，加上即将举办的第十世王加冕大典，促使更多游客在这期间赴泰游玩。预计今年有4000万名外籍游客赴泰旅游，比2018年的3800万人多，而且还有增加的趋势。

巴厘岛阿贡火山再次喷发

4月21日凌晨3时21分，印尼巴厘岛东部阿贡火山喷发。当日18时56分，火山再次喷发，喷出灰柱高达3000米，火山警戒级别为第三级，火山口周围半径4公里内禁止一切活动。

巴厘岛伍拉莱国际机场在火山喷发后不久将航空预警升至红色最高级，但机场运行正常，进出港航班未受影响。

落地签政策推动目的地航班量增长41%

向中国开放免签、落地签的国家中，航班预订量增长最快的5个国家为泰国、越南、印尼、柬埔寨和阿联酋，其平均市场增长率在2018年达到29%。2017～2018年期间，中国与开放了免签、落地签的国家地区（不包括韩国）之间的航班预订量增长了17%，而与其他国家地区间的预订量仅增长了10%。总体而言，开放落地签政策的国家地区的机票预订量在同一时期增长了41%。

Cultural tourism event to be hosted in Gobi desert

China uses high-tech measures for cultural heritage protection

Chen Peijun， director of the NCHA's supervision and inspection department， said that the administration has been using remote sensing to monitor some of the country's key cultural heritage sites and stretches of the Great Wall and their nearby areas. The administration will also explore the use of other technological means such as the internet， cloud computing， big data and drones in the administrative and law enforcement work for cultural heritage protection.
