在知识经济时代，企业之间的竞争越来越表现为文化的竞争，而价值观是企业文化的核心，是一个企业的灵魂。

2013年，中国银行提出“担当社会责任，做最好的银行”的全新价值理念。

经营银行，关键是做服务，做口碑。今天，我们一起走进中行浙江省分行，看看企业文化对这家银行的深刻影响。

放眼全球，站在世界舞台上的“百年老店”

2016年的G20杭州峰会，将全球的目光引向这座“世界华美之城”。或许，人们对于此次峰会“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”发展理念的感知，最先还是从身边的变化开始的——钱塘江南岸，在一片35万平方米的绿化园区中，8万平方米的休闲商业群林立的钱江世纪城拔地而起，郁郁葱葱、优美和谐。

作为G20杭州峰会的重大配套保障项目，这一具有前瞻性规划、高起点定位、大手笔建设的板块，也成了中国银行（以下简称中行）支持绿色发展、向世界展示“最好银行”形象的又一个窗口。

正是凭借国际知名度高、涉外服务能力强以及在支持经济可持续发展和对外开放中的不斐成績，中行因而也成为G20杭州峰会指定的唯一可提供进场服务的银行，并确保了各项金融服务保障工作的万无一失。

中行杭州开元支行员工张晓玲毕业于北京外国语大学，她和3名同事作为G20杭州峰会的现场金融服务人员进入主会场，为外宾提供外币兑换、业务咨询等服务。张晓玲说，能发挥自己的外语优势和业务专长为G20杭州峰会尽一份力，感到非常荣幸、非常骄傲。

事实上，作为银行业的“百年老店”，中行在多年的金融业务发展和客户服务过程中，已经发展成为国内国际化程度最高的商业银行之一，承接过许多国际性盛会的金融服务工作。

2008年，中行作为北京奥运会唯一银行合作伙伴，为奥运会提供专业优质的金融服务，创下了客户零投诉、服务零差评的佳绩；2014年，亚太经合组织第二十二届系列会议在北京举办，中行以饱满的热情、专业的服务，圆满完成相关金融服务，成为APEC会议一道靓丽的风景；2014年、2015年，中行连续两年作为唯一合作银行，为第一、第二届乌镇世界互联网大会提供金融服务保障，获得中外客户一致好评。

“担当”，让中行充分彰显大行风范，将国际化道路越走越宽、越走越实。

2017年4月9日，“中行杯”横店国际马拉松赛在横店影视城激情开跑。继2015年、2016年两届之后，这是中行第3次携手横马，作为赞助商参与而全程冠名。

当天上午，中外参赛选手一路前行，中行元素充满赛场。近年来，中行热心体育公益事业、支持全民健身活动，将业务发展与经济社会建设和谐共振，连续多年倾情赞助横店国际马拉松赛，为“跑进电影，穿越历史”增添了一份品牌的力量。

“担当”，让中行在过去几年能够沉着应对复杂环境，稳步提升经营效益；“担当”，让中行坚持以服务实体经济为己任，积极支持供给侧结构性改革。

“大银行的责任与担当，应当体现于大格局的发展谋划、大手笔的推动举措以及担纲大项目的能力与水平。”中行省分行行长郭心刚说。

近年来，中行省分行围绕供给侧结构性改革，不断加大对全省“一带一路”“长江经济带”等重点项目的支持力度。中行在海外37个国家和港澳台地区拥有620家机构网点，享有良好的国际声誉和市场知名度。中行省分行依托这一得天独厚的渠道资源和国际业务丰富的经验积累，加强与海内外中行分支机构、经营网点的联络合作，与浙江“走出去”一路相随，为浙江跨海发展保驾护航。

“企业的经营触角延伸到哪里，中行的产品与服务就跟随到哪里。”郭心刚说，“我们会一如既往地支持省内企业跨海发展，助力‘浙江制造走向全球。”

以人为本，把最好的获得感留给老百姓

中行绍兴安昌支行坐落在小桥流水、白墙黑瓦的浙江省首批历史文化名镇安昌。支行附近有一处罕见的中行1933年的旧址。该旧址门楣上古朴苍劲的“中国银行”四个隶书大字依旧清晰可见。安昌支行依托旧址厚重的历史文化积淀和行业精神激励，践行中行传统。

“人生就像一只储蓄罐，你投入的每一分努力都会在未来的某一天回归予你。你若想得到世界上最好的东西，先得让世界看到最好的你。”这段话，既是对员工“身在其位担好其职”的告诫，也是对整个中行省分行如何“担当社会责任，做最好的银行”的勉励。

在G20杭州峰会期间，中行现场金融服务人员专业周到的服务给众多外宾及驻点酒店留下了极为深刻的印象。

2016年9月4日下午，中行杭州庆春支行营业部迎来一位G20杭州峰会沙特客人。该客人在附近购物，由于语言不通，销售人员陪同他至中行网点寻求帮助，工作人员立即帮助客人进行ATM取现。由于国际卡取现已达上限，无法取出足够金额，工作人员又帮客人在柜台兑换了沙特里亚尔。客人临走时，杭城落下大雨，工作人员及时为客人送上了雨伞。

峰会前夕，考虑到宾客可能对取现会有临时需求，中行在JW万豪酒店礼宾处增设了一台临时ATM机，作为代兑点的补充。后来证明，这一举措很有先见之明——这台机器的便利性及可取现卡种多样性获得了外宾的肯定。

回望中行省分行的过去，支持浙江经济社会建设和民生改善一直是这所百年银行的重要使命和重头任务。“做最好”就是“用心服务每一位客户，专心每一次服务”。

中行舟山普陀山支行承担的一项重要任务就是上各寺院收储硬币、小钞，钱袋子有一百多斤，员工天天在山路上人背肩扛。过去，每当夜幕降临，员工戴上口罩，靠手工清洗硬币、归拢小钞。收储高峰时，常常是连夜加班。多年来，该支行连续四届被中央文明委命名为“全国文明单位”。

文明，也是一种做事的热情和公益的情操。endprint

在杭州，開元支行与临安市龙岗镇峡谷源村开展文明结对共建活动，帮助解决了村内道路、桥梁等公共设施建设，开展为村民图书馆捐书、金融知识下乡等活动，履行社会责任，取得良好反响；在嘉兴，中行5年来坚持向特殊教育学校赠送课外阅读书等慈善义举，并积极助力剿灭劣五类水行动公益项目；在衢州，中行开化支行开展“双向结对，共建文明”活动，经常看望池淮镇星阳村36名留守儿童；在义乌，当地分行则走进敬老院开展公益体检活动，主动组织公益献血，搭建中行与当地村民的“连心桥”……

与客户站在一起，为客户服务，向客户致敬，这种彼此之间的情感联结，让中行的企业文化深入人心。

台州工艺美术大师吴子熊与中国银行之间的渊源颇深。

30年前，吴子熊获得中行台州分行一笔30万元贷款，这对当时处在创业期的他来说是雪中送炭。吴子熊提起来很感慨：“没有这第一笔贷款，就没有我吴子熊的今天。做人要懂得感恩。不管别的银行给我多大的优惠，我始终选择中国银行。”如今，吴子熊旗下的公司均在中行开立基本结算账户。

说起中行台州分行人，吴子熊翘起大拇指：“脚踏实地、服务热诚！”

2016年，中行台州分行在吴子熊玻璃艺术馆建立教育基地，组织“弘扬工匠精神”主题活动。从吴子熊曲折上升的艺术生涯中，分行员工感受到一位老艺人“不忘初心，担当前行”的情怀。

中行是百年银行，正是在许许多多中行人不懈的努力和追求下，才有了百姓的认可和今天的荣耀。中行人通过自己的服务和行动来担当社会责任，实现做“最好的银行”。

Corporate Culture Helps Local Communities

Bank of China Zhejiang Branch takes its social responsibilities seriously. The corporate philosophy about its social role is the best cultural element that helps the bank branch to grow in the province it has served for at least 100 years.

For many people， service and reputation are the two key factors to the survival of any bank. The Zhejiang Branch provides excellent services and enjoys a fine reputation. Take the services it provided for G20 Hangzhou Summit in 2016 for example. Largely because BOC had long since provided services and financial support in general and because BOC Zhejiang Branch had provided fine financial services for a monumental 80，000-m2 high-class commercial development near the venue of the G20 Hangzhou Summit， the BOC Zhejiang Branch was appointed to provide exclusive banking services on the venue of the G20 Hangzhou Summit.

Zhang Xiaoling and three colleagues were certified to be present at the venue of the G20 Hangzhou Summit. They provided on-the-spot banking services such as foreign currency exchanges and information. A graduate of Beijing Foreign Languages University， Zhang feels proud and honored to have been able to contribute her bit to the success of the international event.

In fact， BOC Zhejiang Branch also provided banking services at the hotels where international guests stayed during the G20 Summit. Before the G20 Summit， BOC Zhejiang Branch inspected the hotels where guests were to stay. After the inspection， it decided to add an additional ATM at the reception area of JW Marriott Hotel. The foresight proved to be in time and wise. The machine accepted a wide range of credit cards issued by different banks and provided cash conveniently. The guests at the hotel praised the banking services generously.endprint

One of the best internationalized banks of China， BOC has served many international events in China. In 2008， BOC was the exclusive banking partner of the Beijing Olympic Games. It provided visitors from all over the world with excellent services and received zero complaints and zero negative marks. In 2014 and 2015， BOC provided exclusive services and support for the first and the second World Internet Conference in Wuzhen. BOC Zhejiang Branch sponsored the Hengdian International Marathon on April 9， 2017.

In recent years， BOC Zhejiang Branch has intensified its financial support for the provinces participation in the key projects of the Belt & Road Initiative and projects of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The support is most effective through the assistance of the BOCs overseas 620 branches.

Meanwhile， BOC Zhejiang Branch has supported the economic and social growth of local communities across the province. A BOC sub-branch in Anchang， an ancient town in Linan， is adjacent to the site of the BOC office erected in 1933. The building still stands and displays the BOC inscribed above the gate. Kaiyuan Sub-branch in Hangzhou has worked in partnership with Xiaguyuan Village in Linan to improve rural infrastructures. The sub-branch has donated books and provided expertise and advice on financial services BOC can provide. In Jiaxing， a central city in northern Zhejiang， BOC has provided books to a local special education school over the past 5 years and helped local endeavors to clean up polluted rivers and lakes. In Quzhou， Kaihua Sub-branch looks after 36 children at Xingyang Village whose parents work away from home. In Yiwu， local branches take active part in community services for nursing homes and blood donations.

BOC is 106 years old this year. Many people at the bank have contributed to the glory of BOC. It is the publics recognition that BOC is able to continue to provide services for the public. BOC honors its social responsibilities seriously through services and will continue to be “The Best Bank” in China.endprint
