Abstract:By adopting self-designed questionnaires and assisted interview methods, 306 volunteers in some tertiary hospitals are analyzed multi-dimensionally from the aspects of attitude, motivation, constraint factors and values. It’s found that there are some problems in student volunteers, such as the misunderstanding of volunteer spirit, strong self-interest motivation, extremely high enthusiasm, and difficulty in internalizing volunteer spirit. Therefore, the medical volunteer spirit should be shaped multi-dimensionally by integrating the paths from moral to virtue, from object to subject, from passive to active, from enlightenment to internalization and from practice to emotion.

Abstract:In order to study the intermediation role of self-esteem on the relationship between psychological atmosphere of class and online altruistic behavior, and the role of gender in this mediating process, 350 college students are invited to complete SES (Self Esteem Scale), IABSU (Internet Altruistic Behavior Scale of Undergraduates) and psychological atmosphere class rating scale. The results show that the total score of online altruistic behavior is significantly lower than average threshold, male students score higher than female students on online altruistic behavior and there are significant positive correlations among psychological atmosphere of class, self-esteem and online altruistic behavior. In addition, the positive correlation between psychological atmosphere of class and online altruistic behavior is mediated by self-esteem. Moreover, the mediating effect of self-esteem is moderated by gender, and this mediating effect is stronger in male students. Based on the above results, the ways of effectively promoting students’ online altruistic behavior are proposed, including constructing psychological atmosphere of class, perfecting class management system, coordinating member relationship, cultivating cadre quality, tutoring students’ psychology and improving self-esteem.
