Key：The English name is table tennis,and its Chinese meaning is“桌上网球”.In 1900,celluloid ball appeared.Because of the sound “pingpong” of bat hitting the bat,it is also called Pingpong ball.乒乓球的英语表达是“table tennis”，汉语意思是“桌上网球”。到 1900 年左右，出现了赛璐珞制的球，由于拍与球撞击发出“乒”而落台时发出“乓”的声音，故而又称“乒乓球”。
