Abstract: Historicalandculturalheritagecariesthe5OoO-yearhistoryofChinesecivilzation，showcasesChinasprofoundculturalheritage，andembodiesthexcellentnationalspiritoftheChinesenationAsanimportantcomponentofexcellnttraditional Chineseculture，itenrichesthbjectofculturalconfidenceandisavaluablematerialculturalresouceforenhancingculturalcnfidence.Thisarticleanalyzestheteoreticallogicofenhancingulturalconfidencethroughhistoricalandculturalheritage，andbe lievesthattherearefoursignificantcharacteristicsinthepracticeofenhancingculturalconfidencethroughhistoricalandcultural heritage.Basedontis，apracticalapproachforenhancingculturalconfidenethroughhistoricaandculturalhritageisproposd.To beterleverageteeofstocalandculuraleritageinhancinguluralconfidence，iiscessytofielyotcnd utilizehistocaldualhiagedaceecknssetives，ndradthofltualoneneineiae development， and exchange of historical and cultural heritage.

习近平总书记指出：“坚定文化自信，离不开对中华民族历史的认知和运用。\"历史文化遗产主要指有形文化遗产，包括可移动遗产与不可移动遗产2，是人类在历史演进过程中遗留下来的具有历史文化价值的具体的物质遗存，包括历史文物、历史建筑和人类文化遗址。在历经古代高度的文化自信、近代短期的低谷时期后，我国当下正处于重建文化自信、实现中华民族伟大复兴的时代。中国共产党自成立以来，领导人民开启的中华民族伟大复兴的历史进程，就是文化自信的重建过程，而在这一过程中，历史文化遗产因其独特的历史见证价值、艺术价值、文化价值，在增强文化自信的过程中发挥着重要的作用。在党的二十大报告第八部分“推进文化自信自强，铸就社会主义文化新辉煌\"中，明确指出要“加大文物和文化遗产保护力度，加强城乡建设中历史文化保护传承，建好用好国家文化公园\"，明确了历史文化遗产在增强文化自信方面的显著作用。通过对历史文化遗产的进一步保护、开发和利用，切实增强文化自信，能够极大地提高国家文化软实力，为全面建成社会主义现代化强国、实现中华民族伟大复兴而凝心聚力。
