摘要：文章基于TOE框架构建新能源汽车企业高质量发展的理论模型，采用fsQCA方法对沪深A股21家新能源汽车企业上市公司2017—2021年面板数据进行组态分析。研究发现：新能源汽车企业高质量发展受到多个前因要素的共同影响，不存在实现高质量发展的必要条件；存在两组类型、三条路径驱动新能源汽车企业高质量发展，表明不同的前因条件组合可以实现行业高质量发展；无论是通过哪条路径实现高质量发展，高程度行业竞争压力及大规模政府补助是必不可缺的驱动条件；在企业存在高程度竞争压力和大规模政府补助的条件下，创新产出水平和组织韧性存在一定的替代关系，并以“殊途同归”的方式共同推动新能源汽车企业高质量发展。多重条件间组态效应的存在展现了新能源汽车企业高质量发展的复杂性，企业管理者应重点关注技术、组织、环境等多方面要素之间的协同联动，政府应加大资金支持力度、强化政策引导，鼓励新能源汽车企业通过转型等方式实现高质量发展。

On Driving Path of  High-Quality Development of  New Energy

Automobile Enterprises

—An Configuration Analysis Based on TOE Framework

Abstract： This paper constructs a theoretical model of high-quality development of new energy automobile industry based on TOE framework， and adopts fsQCA method to conduct configuration analysis on 2017-2021 panel data of 21 Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies in the new energy automobile industry. The findings are as follows： the high-quality development of the new energy automobile industry is affected by multiple antecedents， and there are no necessary conditions for high-quality development; there are two groups of types and three paths to drive the high-quality development of new energy vehicle enterprises， indicating that different combinations of anthems can achieve high-quality development of the industry; no matter which path to achieve high-quality development， a high degree of industry competition pressure and large-scale government subsidies are indispensable driving conditions; under the conditions of a high degree of competitive pressure and large-scale government subsidies， innovation output and organizational resilience have a certain substitution relationship， and jointly promote the high-quality development of the new energy automobile industry through a "convergence of divergent paths". The existence of the configuration effect between multiple conditions shows the complexity of high-quality development of the new energy automobile industry. Enterprise managers should focus on the synergy between various factors such as technology， organization and environment， and the government should increase financial support and strengthen policy guidance to encourage new energy automobile enterprises to achieve high-quality development through transformation and other means.
