【摘要】 目的：探究妥布霉素滴眼液在细菌性结膜炎中的疗效、安全性及对眼表状态的影响。方法：将2018年10月—2023年8月厦门大学附属中山医院收治的96例细菌性结膜炎患者根据随机数字表法分为两组。对照组（n=48）采用左氧氟沙星滴眼液进行治疗，观察组（n=48）采用妥布霉素滴眼液进行治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、症状体征改善时间，以及治疗前后的泪液分泌试验结果和眼表疾病指数量表评分。结果：观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组，症状体征改善时间均显著短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前两组泪液分泌试验结果及眼表疾病指数量表评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗3、7 d后观察组的泪液分泌试验结果均显著优于对照组，眼表疾病指数量表评分均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：妥布霉素滴眼液在细菌性结膜炎中的疗效较好，安全性较高，可显著改善患者的眼表状态。

Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Tobramycin Eye Drops in Bacterial Conjunctivitis and Its Influence on Ocular Surface State/WANG Ziteng. //Medical Innovation of China， 2024， 21（15）： 0-054

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the efficacy and safety of Tobramycin Eye Drops in bacterial conjunctivitis and its influence on ocular surface state. Method： A total of 96 patients with bacterial conjunctivitis admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University from October 2018 to August 2023 were divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group （n=48） was treated with Levofloxacin Eye Drops， the observation group （n=48） was treated with Tobramycin Eye Drops. The total effective rate， the incidence of adverse reactions， the improvement time of symptoms and signs and the lacrimal secretion test results and ocular surface disease index scale scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group， the total rate of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group， and the improvement time of symptoms and signs were significantly shorter than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Before treatment， there were no significant differences in lacrimal secretion test results and ocular surface disease index scale scores between the two groups （P>0.05）. After 3 and 7 days of treatment， the lacrimal secretion test results of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group， and the scores of ocular surface disease index scale were significantly lower than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Tobramycin Eye Drops are effective and safe in bacterial conjunctivitis， and can significantly improve the ocular surface state of patients.

结膜炎是眼科常见一类疾病，其中感染所致的结膜炎在临床中占比较高，细菌性结膜炎作为感染性结膜炎中较为常见的一种，其具有分泌物多等特点，对患者的日常生活影响较大。与细菌性结膜炎相关的研究显示，其对于眼表状态的影响较大，因此眼表状态的改善程度是本病治疗效果的重要评估依据[1-2]。临床中采用左氧氧氟沙星及妥布霉素滴眼液治疗本病的研究可见，且较多关于两类药物的比较性研究，但其研究结果存在差异，对眼表状态的影响研究尚不足[3-5]，提示上述药物对细菌性结膜炎的深层次效果研究仍极为必要。……
