PFNA髓内钉内固定手术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床效果

【摘要】目的：探究PFNA髓内钉内固定手术治疗的实施价值，分析该措施在股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中的效果。方法：选择2021年3月—2023年3月，我院70例股骨粗隆间骨折患者，采用随机法，分为两组，包括对照组、研究组，均为35例。入组后分别给予常规股骨近端锁定板内固定、PFNA髓内钉内固定。结果：研究组手术指标均优于对照组，数据间差异大，分析有意义（P<0.05）；研究组髋关节功能、生活质量均显著提升，且与对照组相比评分较高，分析有意义（P<0.05）；研究组并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05），提示相关数据对比有意义；研究组疗效高于对照组，对比有意义（P<0.05）。结论：PFNA髓内钉内固定手术可以帮助患者有效改善髋关节功能，对手术及骨折愈合时间具有积极意义，可以提升患者生活质量，降低并发症发生率，推广价值高。

Clinical efficacy of PFNA intramedullary nail fixation surgery for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the femur in patients

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the implementation value of PFNA intramedullary nail fixation surgery for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures， and analyze the effectiveness of this measure in the treatment. Methods： 70 patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups， including the control group and the study group， with 35 cases in both groups. After enrollment， routine proximal femoral locking plate internal fixation and PFNA intramedullary nail internal fixation were given respectively. Results： The surgical indicators of the study group were better than those of the control group， with significant differences between the data and analysis significance （P<0.05）； The hip joint function and quality of life in the study group were significantly improved， and the scores were higher compared to the control group， which was statistically significant（P<0.05）； The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）， indicating significant data comparison； The therapeutic effect of the research group was higher than that of the control group， and the comparison was significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion： PFNA intramedullary nail fixation surgery can help patients effectively improve hip joint function， has positive significance for surgery and fracture healing time， can improve patient quality of life， reduce the incidence of complications， and has high promotion value.

股骨粗隆间骨折发生率较高，多见于老年人，主要是在外力作用下的内收、外展或扭转导致的疾病，疾病发作后常见的临床表现为站立及行走困难、髋关节疼痛、运动障碍等[1]。临床研究结果显示[2]，疾病发作与骨质疏松有关，治疗困难，术后恢复时间长，对患者机体健康及生活质量均产生消极影响。受患者年龄因素的影响，老年患者术后卧床休息时间长、疼痛耐受性差，預后效果不佳[3]。因此，为了保证患者的安全，应选择最佳治疗措施。手术是临床上关于疾病的主要治疗措施，常用包括PFNA髓内钉内固定、股骨近端锁定钢板内固定，因手术方式的不同，疗效存在一定差异[4]。为进一步分析上述治疗效果，本文选择70例患者，将其分为两组进行对比，为患者选择最佳治疗措施，进而改善疾病预后结局。现具体分析如下。
