[摘 要]目的 分析在烧伤整形治疗中采用复合皮移植与皮肤软组织扩张术的效果。方法 选取2017年1月-2022年12月于我院行整形烧伤治疗的80例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为参比组和分析组，各40例。参比组予以复合皮移植治疗，分析组予以皮肤软组织扩张术治疗，比较两组治疗后创面转归指标、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果 分析组术后创面皮肤血运恢复时间及创面愈合时间均短于参比组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；分析组治疗总有效率为95.00%，高于参比组的77.50%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；分析组并发症发生率为5.00%，低于参比组的20.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 烧伤整形治疗中采用皮肤软组织扩张术有助于提高临床疗效，有效缩短创面症状转归时间，降低并发症发生几率，值得临床应用。

Clinical Effect of Composite Skin Graft and Skin Soft Tissue in the Treatment of Burn and Plastic Surgery

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of composite skin grafe and skin soft tissue expansion in the treatment of burns and plastic surgery. Methods From January 2017 to December 2022， 80 patients treated for burn and plastic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into reference group and analysis group by random number table method， with 40 patients in each group. The reference group was treated with composite skin grafe， and the analysis group was treated with skin soft tissue expansion. The wound outcome indexes， clinical efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results The recovery time of skin blood supply and wound healing time in the analysis group were shorter than those in the reference group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment in the analysis group was 95.00%， which was higher than 77.50% in the reference group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The incidence of complications in the analysis group was 5.00%， which was lower than 20.00% in the reference group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Skin soft tissue expansion in the treatment of burn and plastic surgery is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy， effectively shorten the recovery time of wound symptoms and reduce the incidence of complications， which is worthy of dinical application.

燒伤为临床上常见的创伤形式，不仅影响患者身体健康，还会对患者心理产生长期负面的影响。整形治疗是烧伤治疗中的关键一环，应用后可帮助患者修复外貌，提升生活质量[1]。当前复合皮移植（composite skin grafe）及皮肤软组织扩张术（skin soft tissue expansion）均可有效治疗烧伤。复合皮移植技术利用异体胶原蛋白、自体皮肤细胞所形成的复合物，覆盖于受损皮肤表面可起到促进患者自体皮肤再生和修复的效果，缩短愈合时间，提高愈合质量；但复合皮移植技术治疗存在手术难度高、费用较高、适用范围有限、成活率不稳定等局限性。……
