【摘要】目的：研究和讨论医护一体化全程管理模式在淋巴瘤患者中的应用价值。方法：选取我院2021年2月—2022年12月收治的80例淋巴瘤患者，使用随机抽签的方法，将患者分为两组，对照组40例，观察组40例。对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组采用医护一体化全程管理模式。比较两组患者的并发症发生率、负面情绪评分以及护理满意度。结果：观察组患者的并发症发生率与护理后负面情绪评分均低于对照组，且观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在淋巴瘤患者的临床治疗工作中采用医护一体化全程管理模式，能够有效避免并发症发生，调节患者的不良情绪，从而让更多患者满意，具有临床推广价值。

Exploration and research of the integrated whole-process management mode of medical care in lymphoma patients

【Abstract】Objective：To study and discuss the application value of integrated whole-process management mode of medical care in lymphoma patients.Methods：80 lymphoma patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected，and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group，with 40 patients in each group.The control group adopted the usual care mode，and the observation group adopted the integrated whole-process management mode of medical care.The incidence of complications，negative emotion scores，and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results：The complication rate and negative emotion scores after nursing of the observation group were lower than those of the control group，and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，which was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：In the clinical treatment of lymphoma patients，the integration of medical care whole-processmanagement mode is beneficial to reducing the occurrence of complications，improving the negative emotions of patients and improving patients nursing satisfaction，which has clinical promotion value.

淋巴瘤是血液系统常见的一种恶性肿瘤[1]。手术和化疗是该病的主要手段，但是化疗带来的副作用很大，会引起患者的应激反应，对患者的身體和心理都有很大的影响[2]。目前，我国临床上关于淋巴瘤与医护一体化全程管理模式联合应用方面的研究还不够深入，基于此，本次研究主要探讨的是医护一体化全程管理模式在淋巴瘤患者中的应用，具体情况现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取我院2021年2月—2022年12月收治的 80例淋巴瘤患者，使用盲抽法将其分为两组，对照组40例，观察组40例。对照组，采用常规护理模式，男22例，女18例，年龄42～79岁，平均年龄（57.18±3.45）岁；观察组，采用医护一体化全程管理模式，男21例，女19例，年龄42～78岁，平均年龄（56.28±3.76）岁。对比两组患者的一般资料，差异没有统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。见表1。
