基于面部生物力学的面部紧致联合治疗的方法设计

【摘 要】面部皮肤软组织的衰老主要由于韧带筋膜的松弛及真皮胶原的减少,导致皮下软组织的下垂及真皮的松弛。自然衰老及重力作用对韧带筋膜的牵拉,日晒等外因对真皮胶原的侵蚀造成了韧带的重力性下垂及真皮的包裹张力减弱最终导致面部衰老样外观,因此从生物力学角度设计联合治疗以达到面部紧致年轻化成为当前研究热点。本文主要从面部结构出发,根据面部生物力学相关概念进行方案设计,采用聚左旋乳酸注射与射频技术联合治疗,以达到面部年轻化目的。

Method Design of Combined Treatment for Facial Tightening Based on Facial Biomechanics

【Abstract】 The aging of facial skin and soft tissue is mainly due to the relaxation of ligament and fascia and the reduction of dermal collagen, which leads to the sagging of subcutaneous soft tissue and the relaxation of the dermis. Natural aging and the traction of ligament fascia by gravity, the erosion of dermal collagen by external factors such as sunlight, the gravitational sagging of ligaments, and the weakening of dermal wrapping tension eventually lead to facial aging-like appearance. Therefore, how to design combined treatment from a biomechanical point of view to achieve facial rejuvenation has been a hot topic for many scholars. In this paper, starting from the facial structure, according to the related concepts of facial biomechanics, the scheme design is carried out, and the combined treatment of poly-L-lactic acid injection and radiofrequency technology is used to achieve the purpose of facial rejuvenation.

面部皮肤软组织的衰老主要由于韧带筋膜的松弛及真皮胶原的减少,导致皮下软组织的下垂及真皮的松弛。面部韧带筋膜除了作为面部最为重要的支撑、固定组织外,在抵抗面部重力性下垂中也是最重要的一环。韧带筋膜以其强有力的机械力将面部软组织包裹锚定于面部骨骼以抵抗重力延缓面部松垂的出现。
成纤维细胞及细胞外基质形成的皮肤张力网对面部软组织形成强有力的包裹张力网,当真皮胶原老化断裂及再生能力的减弱时,面部真皮对软组织的包裹能力下降从而造成软组织下垂。随着年龄增长,在韧带抵抗重力作用减弱,真皮张力包裹能力减弱的两相作用下,造成了面部软组织的松弛下垂外观。因此如何增强面部韧带的固定提拉力量以及真皮包裹张力,避免重力对软组织的过度作用以减缓面部下垂是本文主要探讨的问题。……
