【摘要】本文在分析文成县杨梅产业发展及标准化现状的基础上，从标准体系构建原则、体系构建过程、体系框架分析等方面进行研究，并提出加强标准化管理、发挥杨梅质量优势、打造品牌效应、延伸产业链等措施，以期为文成地区农业发展，构建杨梅全产业链标准体系提供参考。

Research on the Standard System Construction of the Whole Industry Chain of Bayberry in Wencheng

Abstract： In this paper in the analysis of wencheng bayberry industry development and the present situation of standardization， on the basis of the standard system construction principle， system building process， system framework analysis，and put forward to strengthen standardized management， giving full play to the advantages of bayberry quality， build brand effect， extend the industrial chain， in order to regional agricultural development， build the whole industry chain standard system to provide reference.

随着乡村振兴战略提出，浙江文成县以位居全县农业三大主导产业之首的杨梅产业为出发点，推动文成县杨梅全产业链标准体系构建，对农村农业发展具有重要借鉴意义。

1文成县杨梅产业发展及标准化现状分析

1.1文成县杨梅产业发展现状

文成县依托自身独特的杨梅种植地理条件，立足生态环境发展绿色农业。截至2020年，文成县杨梅栽培面积6.1万亩，产品销售量2.18万吨，销售额2.38亿元，分别占全县水果面积、产量、产值的68.58%、60.12%和75.96%，已形成了以珊溪镇、大峃镇为中心的飞云江沿岸杨梅核心产业带，以黄坦镇、西坑镇为中心的中山地区杨梅产业带，以南田镇、百丈漈镇为中心的高山台地杨梅产业带。目前，全县主要在珊溪南阳、仰山塘山、雅坪、南田岳洋、武阳、大峃塔山、里阳等地建成7个千亩杨梅示范区，56个200亩以上示范基地；从事杨梅生产经营的果农1万多户，共3.1万人。杨梅产业已成为文成县惠及农民最多、农民受惠面最广的农业主导产业。2020年，在文成政府及县市场监管局的推动下，“文成杨梅”获批注册国家地理标志证明商标。文成杨梅在基地建设的同时，谋求更高层次的产业发展。……
