【摘要】本文以385家浙江省行业类社会团体的标准化发展现状为研究对象，对浙江省行业类社会团体及其发布标准进行数据整理与统计。通过分析整理从中发现浙江省行业类社会团体在标准化发展过程中所存在的问题，并提出具有针对性的意见和建议，为浙江省团体标准工作正常稳定地开展提供理论支撑。

Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of Group Standards in Zhejiang Province

Abstract： In this paper， the standardization development status data of 385 industrial social groups in Zhejiang province are taken as the research object， and the data collation and statistics of industrial social groups in Zhejiang Province and their publishing standards are carried out. Through the analysis， the problems existing in the standardization development process of industrial social groups in Zhejiang Province are found， and the targeted opinions and suggestions are put forward in order to provide theoretical support for the normal and stable development of group standards in Zhejiang Province.

2022年2月18日，國家标准化管理委员会等十七部委联合印发的《关于促进团体标准规范优质发展的意见》明确提出，要助推团体标准高质量发展。这标志着团体标准进入了高质量发展阶段。浙江省作为首个开展国家标准化综合改革试点的省份，其团体标准化工作的改革与发展显得尤为重要。基于此，笔者对浙江省行业类社会团体的标准化发展现状进行研究，以助力浙江省团体标准化工作发展，促进标准强省的进一步发展。

1浙江省行业类社会团体标准化现状

1.1组织类型

通过在全国团体标准信息平台检索，截至2022年3月底，浙江省共有385家行业类社会团体（排除标准化协会、品牌协会、质量协会等综合类社会团体），其所涉及领域覆盖了工业、服务业、农业、社会事业。其中工业领域团体标准化组织数量最多，共162家，占浙江省团体标准化组织总数的42.08%。其次是农业、服务业、社会事业，分别占总数的24.42%、20.52%、12.99%。在浙江省行业类社会团体中，有145家省级民政部门注册的社会团体，100家市级民政部门注册的社会团体，140家县级民政部门注册的社会团体。……
