From May 5 to 7， H.E. Yuri Senko， Ambassador of Belarus in China， was invited to visit Chongqing. On May 6， Hu Henghua， Deputy Secretary of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee and Mayor of the Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， met with H.E. Yuri Senko.

On behalf of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee and the Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， Hu Henghua extended gratitude to H.E. Yuri Senko for his long-term efforts to support and promote friendly exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing and Belarus. He said， “In March， President Xi Jinping met with President Alexander Lukashenko， pointing out the direction of the China-Belarus All-Weather Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. Chongqing and Belarus enjoy a profound friendship. In recent years， the two sides have actively implemented the important consensuses reached by the two leaders of China and Belarus and deepened all-around friendly exchanges and cooperation. Chongqing has contributed to promoting the sound and steady development of bilateral relations at a high level.

Currently， Chongqing is implementing the important instruction and requirements of President Xi Jinping and the guiding principle of the 20th National Congress of the CPC and playing a key role in promoting the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-Hub Mega-Region. We are willing to further deepen economic and trade cooperation with Belarus， jointly promote practical cooperation in areas such as agricultural produce， transportation and logistics， machinery manufacture， electronic information， automobile and spare parts， clean energy， education， healthcare， and enhance people-to-people exchanges and sub-national friendship.

H.E. Yuri Senko noted that Chongqing is an important economic center and opening-up gateway in Western China. He has visited the city multiple times and is delighted with the development of Chongqing. Taking the China-Belarus Local Cooperation Year as an opportunity， we will further strengthen cooperation with Chongqing in fields like economy and trade， cultural tourism， aviation， and personnel exchanges. We will actively facilitate exchanges and cooperation between business communities on both sides. We welcome Chongqing enterprises to invest and establish businesses in Belarus and the people of Chongqing to visit Belarus for sightseeing.

H.E. Yuri Senko visited Changan Automobile， China Three Gorges Museum in Chongqing， and the Wulong District during his visit. He also held meetings and exchanges with Chongqings representatives to strengthen cooperation between Chongqing and Belarus in areas like automotive and equipment manufacturing， culture and tourism， and sub-national exchanges.

Chinese and foreign leaders who attended the relevant activities included Dmitry Emelyanov， Consul-General of Belarus in Chongqing; Zhang Guozhi， Vice Mayor of the Chongqing Municipal Government; Luo Qingquan， Secretary-General and Director-General of the General Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government， Wang Wen， Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government， and Li Mingquan， Deputy Director-General of Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government.

５月５日至７日，白俄罗斯驻华大使尤里·先科应邀来渝访问。6日，市委副书记、市长胡衡华会见了尤里·先科。

胡衡华代表市委、市政府，对尤里·先科大使长期以来支持并推动重庆与白俄罗斯友好交流合作表示感谢。他说，今年3月，习近平主席同卢卡申科总统举行会谈，为中白全天候全面戰略伙伴关系发展指明了方向。重庆与白俄罗斯友谊深厚。近年来，双方积极落实两国领导人重要共识，不断深化全方位友好交流合作，为推动中白关系在高水平上健康稳定发展作出了地方贡献。当前，重庆正深入贯彻习近平主席重要指示要求和中共二十大精神，扎实推进成渝地区双城经济圈建设，努力在推进共建“一带一路”中发挥带动作用。我们愿与白俄罗斯一道，进一步深化经贸协作，共同推动农产品、交通物流、机械制造、电子信息、汽车及其零部件、新能源、教育、医疗、文旅等领域务实合作，加强人员往来和地方友好交往。

尤里·先科表示，重庆是中国西部地区重要经济中心和开放门户，他多次来重庆访问，为重庆发展取得的成就感到高兴。愿以白中地方合作年为契机，进一步加强与重庆在经贸、文旅、航空、人员互访等领域合作，积极为双方工商界交流合作牵线搭桥，欢迎重庆企业到白俄罗斯投资兴业，欢迎重庆市民到白俄罗斯观光旅游。

访渝期间，尤里·先科赴长安汽车集团、重庆中国三峡博物馆及武隆区等地进行参访，并就深化白俄罗斯与重庆在汽车及装备制造、文旅、地方交往等领域合作与相关方进行了会谈交流。

白俄罗斯驻重庆总领事叶梅利亚诺夫，重庆市副市长张国智，市政府秘书长罗清泉，市政府外办主任王雯、副主任李明全等分别出席有关活动。
