装配式道路基层结构接缝传荷性能及影响参数分析

摘要:為研究装配式道路基层结构接缝的传荷性能及影响参数,该研究设计装配式基层静力加载试验,分析试验结构在不同等级荷载作用下装配式基层接缝的传荷性能,建立三维有限元模型,并对试验结果进行验证。在有限元分析结果与试验结果验证基础上,使用有限元分析法对装配式基层传荷性能进行影响参数分析。研究2种加载工况下,预制板混凝土强度等级、灌浆料弹性模量以及荷载等级对行车方向传荷性能的影响。结果表明,预制板混凝土强度等级比灌浆料强度等级对传荷性能的影响更大;双点加载传荷性能比单点加载传荷性能更好;装配式基层接缝灌浆料弹性模量从32 500 MPa下降到22 500 MPa,会增大接缝的应变,降低预制板之间传荷性能。随着荷载增加,装配式基层接缝传荷性能下降,接缝应变和接缝弯沉均增大,需严格控制超载情况。

Analysis of Load Transfer Performance and Influencing Parameters

of Seams of Prefabricated Road Base Structure

Abstract:In order to study the load transfer performance and influencing parameters of the seams of the prefabricated road base, the static loading test of the prefabricated base was designed. The load transfer performance of the prefabricated base seams of the test structure under the action of different load levels was analyzed, and a three-dimensional finite element model was established to verify the test results. Based on the finite element analysis results and the experimental results, the finite element analysis method was used to analyze the influencing parameters of the load transfer performance of the prefabricated base. The effects of precast panel concrete strength grade, grouting material elastic modulus, and load grade on the load transfer performance in the driving direction were studied under two loading conditions. The results showed that the precast panel concrete strength grade had a greater influence on the load transfer performance than the grouting material strength grade; the load transfer performance of double-point loading was better than that of single-point loading. The elastic modulus of the prefabricated base seam grouting material decreased from 32 500 MPa to 22 500 MPa, which would increase the strain of the seam and reduce the load transfer performance between the precast panels. As the load increased, the load transfer performance of the seams of the prefabricated base layer decreased, the seam strain and seam deflection increased, and the overload situation needed to be strictly controlled.
