供应商选择与订单分配的模型研究

摘 要:为解决企业供应商选择与订单分配的问题,以某生产企业过去五年400余家供应商的原材料订购与运输数据为基础进行量化分析,并应用AHP-TOPSIS综合评价模型确定供应商排名,筛选出一流供应商,然后应用0—1规划模型确定最少供应商数量21 家,最后利用罚函数粒子群算法得出前21 家供应商最优订单分配方案。本项目研究目的是帮助企业制定未来基于保障生产要求的最优订购方案。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of enterprise supplier selection and order allocation, this paper proposes to make a quantitative analysis of the raw material ordering and transportation data of more than 400 suppliers of a certain manufacturing enterprise over the past five years. AHP-TOPSIS (Analytic Hierarchy Process-Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution) comprehensive evaluation model is used to determine suppliers' ranking, screen out the first-class suppliers. Then, 0-1 planning model is used to determine the minimum number of suppliers, which is 21. Finally, the optimal order allocation solution of the top 21 suppliers is obtained by using the penalty function particle swarm optimization algorithm. The purpose of this study is to help enterprises formulate the optimal ordering solution, which guarantees production requirements in the future.

1 引言(Introduction)
在當今竞争日益激烈的市场环境下,企业为了生存需努力降低生产成本,因而必须对供应商的选择进行优化。尤其对于大型企业,供应商的选择和订单分配一直以来都是供应链管理领域的重点问题,所以采用最优订单分配方案对企业的可持续发展意义重大[1]。
本文基于大量数据分析,量化供应商的供货能力,综合考虑企业的实际需求,科学有效地提供供应商选择和订单分配方法,同时也能够为其他企业在采购管理中进行供应商选择和订单分配提供有益的借鉴,具有一定实际应用价值。
本文创新性地将机器学习算法引入供应商选择与订单分配的模型研究,结合AHP-TOPSIS综合评价模型确定供应商排名,筛选出一流供应商。利用0—1规划模型确定最少供应商数量,继而利用罚函数粒子群算法求解最优订单分配方案。
