摘要：综述了无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂化学组成与性能，对比水性聚氨酯胶粘剂具有环保高效的优势，阐述无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂从第1代产品到第5代产品的发展历程。还对国外近些年在无溶剂双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂的研究方向和成果作了概述;同时介绍了目前无溶剂双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂发展动向，指出存在的问题及展望。

Abstract：This paper introduced the chemical composition and properties of solvent-free two component polyurethane adhesives. Compared with the advantages of environmental protection and high efficiency of waterborne polyurethane adhesive， the development process of solvent-free polyurethane adhesive from the first generation to the fifth generation was described. The research direction and achievements of solvent-free two-component polyurethane adhesive abroad in recent years are also summarized. At the same time， the development trend of solvent-free two-component polyurethane adhesive was introduced， and the existing problems and prospects were pointed out.

聚氨酯膠粘剂（PU）是由二元或多异氰酸酯（—NCO）与端羟基预聚体（—OH），通过逐步缩聚而成含有氨基甲酸酯（—NHCOO—）重复结构单元的高分子化合物[1]。在一定范围控制软段和硬段的比例，以及R值大小，可以制备多种类型聚氨酯产品。聚氨酯胶粘剂具有耐冲击、柔韧性好、粘接性能优异、原料来源广等特点[2-4]。随着国家对节能环保的要求和绿色化学理念的提出，溶剂型聚氨酯胶粘剂面临巨大挑战;而水性聚氨酯胶粘剂初粘力低，润湿性差等缺陷限制其应用范围。所以促使绿色环保无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂成为人们关注重点之一[5]。

无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂主要分为两大类型：单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂和双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂。单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂主要应用于油墨、装饰板、汽车密封胶和建筑等领域6-7];但单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂存在初粘力差、固化效率低、粘接性能和储存稳定性差等问题。双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂初粘好、粘接性强、能耗低、易调节、耐低温、韧性强，所以双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂是目前研究和应用的热点[8-10]。……
