摘要：通过对香榧产业在全国主产区以及本省区域发展现状的调查，分析了该产业在湖北省发展具备的资源优势、生态环境优势和市场潜力优势，针对香榧产业发展中存在的良种缺乏、种植和加工技术滞后、建园成本高，回本时间长的问题，提出了积极争取国家政策和资金支持，以企业为龙头，走公司（合作社）+农户的产业化发展之路;通过科技攻关，解决生产中存在问题，将各种风险降到最低，保障产业持续、健康发展的合理建议。

Development Status and Proposals of Torreya grandis ‘Merrillii’ Industry in Hubei Province

Abstract：Based on investigation of development status of Torreya grandis ‘Merrillii’ industry in Hubei Province and the main producing areas in China，the authors analyzed its advantages of resources，ecological environment and market potential for development of T. grandis ‘Merrillii’ industry in Hubei Province. For existing issues in the development of T. grandis ‘Merrillii’ industry，such as lack of improved varieties，planting and processing technology backwardness，the high cost of garden construction and long cycle of cost recovery，we proposed to actively support for national policy and financial support，make the enterprises as the leadership and take the road of industrialized development of companies （cooperatives） + farmers. Through tackling key scientific and technological problems to solve the problems existing in production，minimize various risks and ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.

香榧Torreya grandis ‘Merrillii’为国家Ⅱ级保护树种，集果用、油用、药用、材用、绿化、观赏于一体，也是国内特有的经济型生态树种[13]。香榧果是著名的干果，含有丰富的氨基酸、矿物质、维生素，果入药，具有杀虫、消炎、润肺功效，还具有一定的降血压和降血脂的作用[45]，是一种极具开发价值的保健食品;其木材纹理直，结构细，硬度适中，有弹性，具香气，不反挠，不开裂，耐水湿，为建筑、造船、家具等的优良用材;其树皮可提炼烤焦、假种皮提取高级香精，可以说香榧全身是宝。

2016年5月8日，原国家林业局在北京召开了《香榧产业发展科技十三五规划》（以下简称《规划》）论证会。《规划》中明确了香榧产业发展从育种、苗木繁育、栽培、产品加工到产业扩面富民的總体思路，并计划五年构建跨省域香榧产业发展技术队伍与相关科技推广服务体系，从香榧栽培、加工等各层面实现产业的提质增效，为打造百亿产业打下坚实基础。……
