基于台架的发动机配气机构气门敲击试验研究

摘 要:众多汽车NVH问题是由发动机机械运动引起的,配气机构作为发动机重要的机械组成部分,其气门运动引起的敲击振动、噪声特征与传递路径相关,且受发动机转速、润滑等因素影响。本文将从试验角度对发动机配气机构气门敲击特征进行研究,建立配气机构气门敲击特征识别试验台,开展气门敲击特征频率识别及其能量与发动机转速、润滑的依存相关性试验,掌握配气机构气门敲击振动、噪声的研究方法,为发动机在早期开发阶段建立配气机构优化的试验能力。

Research On The Bench Test Of Engine Valve Mechanical Tapping

Abstract: Most automotive NVH problems are caused by the mechanical movement of the engine. As the valve mechanism is one important mechanical component of the engine, the NV (noise and vibration) which caused by the valves tapping is not only related to the transmission path, but also related to the engine speed, lubrication and other factors. In this paper, the mechanical tapping characteristics of the engine valve mechanism will be studied on the test bench which we build, the frequency characteristics of the mechanical tapping and the dependent correlation which is between tapping energy and engine speed, lubrication will be carried out. We not only have mastered the identification and research method of the mechanical tapping NV of the valve mechanism. and also got the test capability of the valve mechanism optimization which can be used in the engine early development stage.

1 引言
隨着客户对汽车舒适度的要求越来越高,且因NVH问题给用户的感受是最直接的,NVH已成为消费者对汽车更为直观的舒适性评价指标。众多汽车NVH问题是由发动机机械运动引起的,配气机构作为发动机重要的机械组成部分,配气机构运行过程中气门运动引起的敲击振动、噪声特征与传递路径相关,且与发动机转速、润滑等相关。本文建立了配气机构机械运动敲击特征识别试验台,开展气门敲击特征分解的相关试验,识别出敲击特征频率,分析了敲击能量与发动机转速、润滑的依存相关性;通过试验掌握配气机构机械运动引起的气门敲击振动、噪声的试验方法。为发动机在开发阶段早期建立了配气机构优化的试验能力,通过对配气机构机械运动敲击特征的分离,可提早发现问题、改善问题,实现发动机配气机构的NVH性能分析技术前移,为开发设计阶段提供优化改善依据。……
