摘要：随着社会经济的高速发展，我国建筑工程建设领域发展迅猛，法治建设与建筑工程建设領域制度的不断完善，推动了人们对住房和人身财产安全的思考。因此，科学、公正的第三方检验检测工作也越来越受到重视。现阶段，我国建设工程质量检测实验室正朝着更先进、更稳定、更高效的方向发展，检测实验室的数量、规模和技能水平较过去也有了一定程度的提高，这为提升建筑工程质量、确保人民群众人身财产安全提供了强有力的支持和保障。对建设工程质量检测实验室而言，出具真实可靠的检验检测数据和结果有赖于管理体系的建立健全和持续改善。本文首先分析了检测实验室管理体系建立健全的依据，其次探讨了建设工程质量检测实验室管理体系的现状，最后就建立健全建设工程质量检测实验室管理体系的对策进行论述，以供参考。

Abstract： With the rapid development of social economy， the progress on the field of Architectural Engineering Construction （AEC） in China is rapidly advance. The continuous improvement of the construction of legal system and the architectural engineering promotes people’s concern about housing， personal and property security. Therefore， more and more attention has been paid on the scientific and impartial third-party inspection and testing work. At this stage， China’s construction engineering quality testing laboratory is developing in a more advance，stable and efficient direction. The number， scale and skill level of testing laboratories （labs） have also been improved to a certain extent compared with the past，which improves the quality of AEC and provides strong support and guarantee of people’s personal and property security. For Architectural Engineering Construction testing labs， the ensurance of real and reliable inspection and testing data and results depends on the establishment of a sound management system and its continuous improvement.This paper first analyzes the basis for establishing a sound management system of testing labs， and then discusses the current situation of the AEC testing labs’ management system， and finally explores the countermeasures for establishing and improving the AEC testing labs’ management system for reference.

引言

建设工程质量检测活动作为建筑工程施工中的重要组成部分，在建筑工程建设领域的质量控制中发挥着关键性作用。但结合实际工作调研发现，建设工程质量检测实验室管理体系建设不完善在业界仍较为常见，为尽可能改善及纠正相关问题，保证建设工程质量检测数据和结果的真实性、可靠性，本文围绕该课题展开具体讨论。

1 检测实验室管理体系建立健全的依据

我国国家质量监督检验检疫总局令第86号规定：在中华人民共和国境内从事向社会出具具有证明作用数据、结果的检验检测机构应取得资质认定（即CMA）。……
