摘要：装配式混凝土结构是实现建筑工业化的最常见方式之一，装配式混凝土结构预制构件包括预制墙体、预制叠合板、预制楼梯、预制梁等。随着国内装配式建筑的发展，各省市地区纷纷出台政策规定建筑最低预制率。由于混凝土模卡砌块预制墙为预制墙，可计算预制率，并且免除该处墙体外保温施工工序，上海市开始逐渐推广此种墙体。在上海立达学院扩建12#、13#学生公寓项目中，竖向预制构件采用混凝土模卡砌块预制墙，由于外墙混凝土部位与混凝土模卡砌块预制墙部位的做法不同，混凝土模卡砌块预制墙需突出结构外边线，这些因素容易导致墙体垂直度不符合要求。施工时如何保证墙体的垂直度，将是一大问题。混凝土模卡砌块预制墙的垂直度受各种因素影响，施工时垂直度难以控制，本文主要研究混凝土模卡砌块预制墙在施工时通过底部放置垫片加坐浆料及固定措施对墙体的垂直度进行控制，混凝土模卡砌块预制墙体在施工过程中排除了各种不利因素，施工速度快、合格率高，施工完成后不易变形，墙体垂直度满足要求。

Abstract：Prefabricated concrete structure is one of the most common ways to realize building industrialization. Prefabricated components of prefabricated concrete structure include prefabricated walls，prefabricated laminated plates，prefabricated stairs，prefabricated beams and so on. In the expansion 12#，13# student apartment project of Shanghai Lida University，the vertical prefabricated components adopt concrete formwork block precast wall. Because the perpendicularity of concrete formwork block precast wall is affected by various factors，it is difficult to control the perpendicularity during construction，This paper mainly studies the control of the perpendicularity of the concrete formwork block precast wall by placing shims at the bottom，adding setting slurry and fixing measures，which solves various disadvantages that the perpendicularity of the precast wall does not meet the requirements during hoisting.
