摘要：为研究雪茄再造烟叶茄衣制备的关键影响因素，利用不同定量（厚度）、不同纤维含量的基片制备出雪茄再造烟叶茄衣，通过物理指标分析、上机验证和感官评吸，分析再造烟叶茄衣质量的关键影响因素。结果表明，基片纤维含量越高，灰分值越高，抗张強度、伸长率、纵向抗张能量吸收越低;添加涂布液后，抗张强度、伸长率、纵向抗张能量吸收没有变化，灰分有所增加，透气度下降20.00～32.66CU，且再造烟叶茄衣基片越薄（定量越小），其透气度下降越快;再造烟叶茄衣中烟草纤维含量越高，烟支的感官质量越好，而其上机适应性越差;定量为30g/m2、烟草纤维含量为50%时，烟支的感官质量较好，其上机适应性也较好。

雪茄烟制品按照制作方式分为手工雪茄和机制雪茄。机制雪茄是利用机器部分或全部代替手工完成制作的雪茄[1]。相较手工雪茄，机制雪茄具有生产成本低和生产效率高的优势[2]。按照茄衣类别，机制雪茄又可分为天然茄衣机制雪茄和薄片茄衣机制雪茄[3]。薄片茄衣机制雪茄则是采用一种再造烟叶取代了茄衣烟叶，特殊卷烟纸是利用生产过程中产生的废弃晾晒烟烟梗、烟叶碎片和烟末为主要原料，配以少量外加纤维，经浸渍、萃取成为可供造纸的物料，然后通过造纸法抄造而成[4]，与传统卷烟纸和雪茄再造烟叶的制备工艺不同，再造烟叶茄衣的制备在国内还存有很大的技术空白。……
